I did this for the free 1 year - so far it is looking very nice and easy, i had 100s of review transferred over in an instant and there is a lot of editing options. i havent used it more than a few minutes but apart from having to pay to get more than 10 free reviews a month, it seems like a top notch site for this type of service,

Very affordable reviews option - So far, so good. Just moved over. Lots of help from live chat. Moved over from review.io and saved a lot of money without loss of functionality.

OMG! Just what I was looking for! - I quit working at my other company because they weren't using reviews...and I started my own, and got Fera into the mix! Interface is modern and clean and simple to set up and use! Support is AMAZING (I wanted something custom done with my reviews and they were able to do it in a snap!)!! Will tell all my friends to use Fera, and I'm a HAPPY customer!!!I tried using Stamped, but it didn't have all the functionality that Fera does...and Fera's pricing is MUCH more straightforward (seems more honest than Stamped...)!

Very Disappointing - This app is just terrible at getting reviews. When we were on Shopify, we had an app called LOOX that was outstanding. We got reviews with photos almost every single day with a simple $25 incentive if customers added a photo. Since we moved to BigCommerce, and cannot use LOOX, we tried Fera for 6 months. The setup is very similar and it seems like it would be similar but our reviews dropped from getting them every day to getting them maybe once or twice a month. Almost nobody submitted photos. Even when I sent the customer a reminder that if they submitted a photo they would get a code. Crickets. The other thing about Fera is that the photos display very small. I'm in search of a different review app but I've wasted 6 months testing Fera.

Great app - Bigcommerce applications are in general really hard to use but this one is really easy and will make you spare times

good app and helpful - They are very helpful when I transfer my store from shopify to bigcommerce. The app has great potential been using it since day 1! love all the widgets for the site and reviews!

Really excited to get this app put to use - Tons of features, intuitive layout and great instructions for learning from scratch. I have a custom template and everything seems to drop in perfectly. Seems like its going to be a fantastic addition to my store.

So far, so good - I switched to Fera after almost 2 years of way-too-frequent technical issues and steadily declining support with Yotpo. So far, so good with Fera. Customer and technical support has been excellent so far. No issues with the reviews on my site. I love the ability to accept photo and video reviews at no extra cost. Would like to see a social share feature with Fera, which Yotpo has, but that's not a huge issue. Overall, I am super pleased and frankly, thankful, to have a great service like Fera at a reasonable price that I can afford as a small business.

Usefull APP - On Bigcommerce it's hard to find great working app for specially reviews for your website. Fera App did amazing job by developing this app that gives you a lot of options to make your website more trustworthy and great look. 5 star

Amazing App - This app has been everything I needed for reviews. It is the best review app on bigcommerce. Also if you need any help or anything changed just click the chat like I did and someone will answer asap. Stamped took 2 weeks to answer me after I sent serval emails for help. Fera 5 Stars for sure

Fantastic Shipping countdown timer for Bigcommerce - I had a countdown timer on my product pages before. One of those timers like you see on that big marketplace. You know the order within the next 3 hours and 32 seconds and get delivery by day? So I broke my script that I had found last year and installed on my Bigcommerce site. I really couldn't find it again and was scouring the web for a new script that actually worked. Then, just as I was about to give up, I found this app! within 3 minutes, I had a new countdown timer on my product pages but this one was so much better. This one allows me to select the days of the week for shipping and delivery, it even allows me to specify different shipping times for remote locations and islands. Best of all, with this app, one widget, the countdown widget is free! what else can I say other than 5 stars! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
