Horrible app, stay away! - App never worked for us. Constant crashes and support was non-existent. Had an open ticket for the entire 2 weeks trial period because customers and orders were not showing up on the app in order to request reviews of product. Support never responded to me except when I would ask if they had any resolution to the issue. Response was always "we're looking into it". This went on for the entirety of the trial period so I was never even able to try the app out. Finally gave up, notified them I was uninstalling the app and to just close the ticket. They told me they would let the team know. I've now been charged twice even though I cancelled. Have to now dispute the charges with my card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM!!! The price sounds appealing, but it's not worth it. Find a more reputable app.

Good App - Fera Reviews is a dependable app that does the basics well: it collects and displays customer reviews in a clean, straightforward way, and the interface is easy enough to navigate. For businesses that just want a simple review solution, it works as advertised.However, there are some notable drawbacks. The pricing is steep at $99 per month, especially when compared to Judge.me, which offers a free plan, or other alternatives that come in around £30/month. At this price point, you’d expect more advanced functionality.One disappointment is the BigCommerce integration. Instead of working seamlessly within the BigCommerce dashboard, the plugin redirects you to a separate website. This breaks the workflow and feels clunky compared to other apps that keep everything inside BigCommerce. On top of that, Fera doesn’t provide deeper product-level analytics such as conversion rates or performance insights, which other review apps do. For merchants who want actionable data tied directly to their store, this is a missed opportunity.Overall, Fera Reviews is reliable and user-friendly, but it feels basic in certain areas and lacks the extras that would justify its premium price. If you’re after a straightforward review tool, it’s fine, but if you want richer analytics and tighter integration with BigCommerce, there are more cost-effective and feature-rich options out there. ..... I must say though, product support is absolutely amazing. Response is immediate and they fix any issue you have, hence the 5 stars

GREAT APP & GREAT STAFF! - I just implemented their app a few days ago and I was quite overwhelmed in trying to get the functionality implemented to my desire. The team was very patient, kind and informative in helping getting this live! I'm very pleased with their service. Keep up the good work guys! Can't wait for the more robust reviews to flow in as we continue down this path. This is a game changer!

Solid Support and clean widgets - I moved over from another provider as they sunsetted support on Bigcommerce. And after hours of searching for a new provider chose Fera because of what they offer and the reasonable price point. I ran into a couple issues getting reviews to display and was very impressed with the level of support they offered. Roel jumped right in and helped me resolve the issue right away. So far, I'm, impressed with the support and clean operation of Fera.

Pretty solid — does what I need - Been using this app for a little while and overall I’m impressed. Super easy to set up and the interface is clean, so it doesn’t get in the way of my work. Reliable and simple. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants something that just works.

Fraud App do not download. - As soon as you enter your billing/payment info onto this app, it will never be removed and they will use your payment info to bill you for Unauthorized transactions. I am currently working to get this app removed entirely off of BigCommerce ads this is affecting entrepreneurs like myself, as well as future entrepreneurs who need conversion boosting apps like review apps. Anyone using Bigcommerce do yourself a favor, save money and DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
