Customer Service - Support team is top notch. Respond quickly to support tickets and have been very helpful in resolving issues/providing assistance when needed.

Absolute WORST customer service - We were trying to add FastSimon to our store and did a number of phone calls with them to get details about their enterprise plan. We agreed to a $30,000 a year plan and signed a contract. WE NEGOTIATED AN OPT OUT CLAUSE. Everyone make sure you do this because they try to lock you in for a year. They promised help with implementation and set up. We have our own developer and he went ahead and asked some basic questions to get this set up and the FastSimon team disappeared. We of course opted out of our contract. If you need to integrate to a custom theme, do not waste your time because these guys are a joke when it comes to customer support.

Great pricing, support, and UI - Fast Simon has much better pricing than a lot of other search platforms I've looked into, and as far as I can tell no reason to pay the extra. Fast Simon works great with BigCommerce, was easy to link and easy to customize different search results where necessary. We have had a couple minor issues or bugs, but the Fast Simon support team is always quick in their response and fixes.

Highly Recommended - We can't say enough good things about Fast Simon. Out of the box, the integrations they provide are ideal for most ecommerce companies. We got up and running in a few hours, and support was always there to point out any nuances we missed. Their documentation is thorough, and they also offer to show you demos or walkthrough the platform after signing up. We haven't ran into any issues they or our developer couldn't resolve within 24-48 hours. All-in-all, this is an excellent application from a great company.

Excellent App / Excellent Tech Support - We have been using Fast Simon for 4 years and are extremely pleased with not only the platform, but the technical service and support. The APP is super easy to install and manage. Changes or modifications are easily done on the fly and anytime we have an issue, their tech team is on the issue immediately. If you are looking for a easy to use and effective Search and Personalization APP, FAST SIMON is the one.

Makes optimizing site search profitable - Fast Simon is great — they have great technology, if you have a decent amount of traffic and utilize site search, this app is super powerful in helping serve up the correct products, TO the correct people, at the correct time. We love it.

Greatly improved our search appearance and efficacy. - We'd been using the default BigCommerce search for several years, but kept running into issues. Implementing the FastSimon app was one of the best decisions we've made for our storefront - it's improved the appearance of our search with pictures in auto-correct, and offers deep customization and reporting on the backend. We had to do some tweaking through the management console, but this is one plug-and-play app that's pretty powerful.UPDATE 7-31-23: We still love FastSimon. Just install it already!

Good app, but communication with the team leaves a lot to be desired - Fast Simon came highly recommended by our development team. Our initial dialogue with Jeff was pleasant and informative. The app offers a lot of features and customizations, and is more powerful than BigCommerce's native search. We signed up for their Growth plan because our dev work, which involved heavy customizations, happened in our sandbox store. Growth plan offers REST API, which was what we needed for data sync.Now, fast forward a couple of months. At the end of our website development, I sent an email to Fast Simon support team to downgrade our plan. Justin from the Enterprise Account Management team responded, and I used his calendar link to schedule an appointment. Came the meeting time, my colleague and I joined the meeting and waited for 15 minutes. No one from the Fast Simon side showed up. Nor did we get an email to reschedule. I emailed their support team back and explicitly stated that I’d like a downgrade. Per their support team, apparently Justin thought there was no meeting as I did not reply to their ticket. Then, moments later, I got a voicemail from Justin saying he sat in the meeting and did not see anyone. At that point, Fast Simon has broken our trust. If you missed the meeting, simply say you missed it and reschedule. Simple as that. I sent a reply to the open ticket, and there was neither followups nor resolutions. Again, it’s a good app with a lot of capabilities. But jumping through hoops to get a downgrade (and not getting it after all), and being told different things by their team was unacceptable.
