Lacking polish & poor sync - the tool is great i think if it's your only shipping system but it falls down quite quickly if you have easy ship setup for one region (say Europe) easy ship imports every order and syncs with your store but it does not remove shipments that are already marked as "shipped" nor in its auto sync process does it remove items that are shipped, they only support items that are shipped with easyshipi suspect as a subtle way of hinting you should only ever use easyship for everything .. (which is entirly inapropriote for us)we will ditch this once this next wave of orders goes out and switch to Zonos who have real customer support...

subscription fees!! - Its no longer free, they now have quite high subscription fees.
