Deeply unhappy with ConnectPOS - We're really unhappy with how ConnectPOS has worked for our retail pop-up. Had lots of problems with their iPad app not working with receipt printers and suddenly changing what currency we had the store set to, had problems with it properly importing in our products, had problems with it collecting customer information in a way that's easy for our staff, had it randomly COMPLETELY SHUT OFF in the middle of a busy sales day because they failed on their end to have us be month-to-month for our service, etc. etc. To make things worse, we're in California, so their 'support' always seems to be offline for us with no one to help until the next day. Which has left us stranded now twice. I will be migrating away from ConnectPOS ASAP and we're deeply unhappy with it as a platform.

Fantastic support! - ConnectPOS is a great system for fashion brands. I read some cases about how they can integrate third-party payment gateway so I book a free demo. The app works smoothly with my stores. Specially thanks Justin for supporting me very quick, almost 24/7!

Great yet still have rooms to improve - Try several POS system before ConnectPOS, yet this is the best so far. The syncing speed is quick and customer support is flawless. I love the way the app handles sales quotations. Look forward to the launching of new features such as stocktake. 100% recommended.

POS synced with BigCommerce’s inventory - Actually, it’s not easy to find a POS that integrates smoothly with BigCommerce. Most of the POS we found are standalone POS, which means they use their own inventory system, not BigCommerce’s inventory. Therefore, we were happy when we tried ConnectPOS. Needed some customization to 100% fit our business though. But anyway, we highly recommend this app.

Great app - Love this app! The layout is super friendly and easy to use. It helps me get all of my products in the system without much effort. You guys should definitely try this!

suprisingly good - My shop runs great with this app. Never thought that a POS app is gonna be useful. Awesome features! Recommended if you're selling online and want to sync with warehouse or offline store.

Good app - ConnectPOS is a fairly good point of sale app for small business like I am. The overall experience was great. I love how it ran smoothly even with offline mode and many features that comes with an affordable price. The support was amazing too, I worked with Linh and she went out of the way to help with my issue. Hope to see even more awesome functions in the future

Easy to set up and quick supports. Some issues popped up in the checkout setting yet the support team has quickly answered and fixed them right away. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.
