No contact anymore after trying to implement for several months - We've been waiting to use ConnectPos for more than 6 months due to a payment status which needs to be applied. After keeping me waiting for quite a while, they hardly reply anymore. Although for what i have seen does the POS looks quite OK, but this review is more due to the lack of communication.

Fake reviews, avoid - I chose this after seemingly great reviews and a sales introduction showed it had all the features I was looking for in a POS. But after using this app for a year I need to find an alternative. The reoccurring theme with this app and their support is, when there is an issue, use their alternative antiquated software version that has more bugs than the web version.If you're in California or on the west coast you will will not have much of a support window. It's 11:45am at time of writing this review and it is outside of their support window. So even an east coaster wouldn't get support at 1:45pm. Terrible support window. Comparing HikePOS and ConnectPOS UI, it seems nearly identical. I chose ConnectPOS for their reviews but you should reference HikePOS reviews for a better understanding of how well ConnectPOS works.It rarely happens in my business but I needed to process a return without a receipt. I referenced their support tutorial which shows it possible with the web version. When I was unable to perform the tasks shown in the tutorial, I reached out to support. It has been 2 weeks since raising this issue and ultimately I hit a paywall. First, I was told the feature no longer exists on their web version and to use the software version. When attempting a return without receipt in the software version you will ultimately need to upgrade to their "premium" service to do so. There is no "premium" version. There is professional and enterprise. I cannot give them more money at this point due to their inabilities so far. I've had my register open, unable to close because I can't make this refund. So now I have to figure out how to get this to work to avoid overreporting my sales.Took me over 2 weeks of fiddling and delay from support to get product labels to print to be somewhat acceptable on the web version. Still the labels won't show the complete product title, it gets cut off with "..." despite changing every setting to provide enough space for the entire product title. When raising this issue with support I was told to use software version, yet full of bugs, could not get labels to print in any acceptable format. Support shows it works fine on their end, but don't offer a solution on my end.They've updated their app without my permission which prevented me from ringing up customer sales for 2 days. They had to "fix" something on their end to get it running again but the time I needed support was outside of their window and during a holiday. On another occasion, despite being on auto-renew, my license expired causing me to lose additional sales another time.If you're on a budget, this might work for you but be prepared to clear your cache frequently as that is the only fix when a bug prevents you from pulling your customer list or product list. Imagine getting ready to make a sale and trying to retrieve a customer brings up nothing. You have to clear the cache, then reload the register which at 5500 products takes anywhere between 5-10 minutes. Awkward having a customer standing there for this long after the conversion has already been made.I wish they would focus on the web version and stop on the software version. It seems they are dividing resources and not making much progress for existing customers who rely on their web version, because when it does work, it's OK. I am still a customer but actively looking for an alternative, whatever the cost.

Deeply unhappy with ConnectPOS - We're really unhappy with how ConnectPOS has worked for our retail pop-up. Had lots of problems with their iPad app not working with receipt printers and suddenly changing what currency we had the store set to, had problems with it properly importing in our products, had problems with it collecting customer information in a way that's easy for our staff, had it randomly COMPLETELY SHUT OFF in the middle of a busy sales day because they failed on their end to have us be month-to-month for our service, etc. etc. To make things worse, we're in California, so their 'support' always seems to be offline for us with no one to help until the next day. Which has left us stranded now twice. I will be migrating away from ConnectPOS ASAP and we're deeply unhappy with it as a platform.
