You can't export your reviews - We've had Callexa for the past year on our website. Only now realizing you can't export any reviews. I reached out to customer service and the issue started. Back and forth for the past couple of days. According to their tutorial, there's a CSV export button. However, none to be found. I sent a screenshot. Rep replies and tells me you can't export the testimonials. Ok, but the tutorial shows you can download the Customers tab (which he sent me the link to ironically). Nothing there. When I told him that, his response was "Please navigate to the "testimionials" Page." So I did, nothing. I told him and included a screenshot. Response: "As mentioned in my initial message: There is no CSV export for testimonials, you can export replies and customers: https://www.callexa.com/en/kb/import-export/how-can-i-create-a-csv-export. My suggestion was: What you can do with the testimonials is create a widget code and implement it in your shop or website. New published testimonials will then be visible automatically where the widget is placed." I don't want a widget, I wanted to export the testimonials, customers, anything at this point. This continued on back and forth with him repeating the same thing and sending me the same tutorial link that says how to export a CSV. It's been a while since I've felt so frustrated with a customer service interaction. This interaction was going in circles because I simply want what belongs to our company - our customer testimonials. The tutorial the rep sent me shows a screenshot of a download button but none exists. I can not recommend this app. I don't believe there's another one similar on here but keep in mind that despite the tutorial and what a rep will tell you, you can't download the information. The silver lining is that we kept all the email reports with the customer responses. It'll take time to pull into an excel spreadsheet but at least we'll have something.

Great tool for monitoring customer satisfaction and improving experience - We launched on BigCommerce in early 2019 and immediately added Callexa as our NPS tool. Once integrated and dialed in (super easy!), we're automatically surveying customers to get a glimpse into what we're doing well and what we should work to improve. The feedback has been invaluable as we prioritize improvements and additional optimizations to the site and our fulfillment processes. There are more expensive, complex, and customizable NPS tools out there, but Callexa continues to provide the insight we need in an easy to use and cost effective format. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a NPS solution for their BigCommerce storefront.
