Great for excluding products from shipping methods - We need to be able to stop customer from order some products that can not ship usps. This was answer to our solution. There tech support is great and we had a minor problem they where able to get fixed fast.

Robust solution from a an excellent team! - We worked with the team at ASM for close to 15 years. We deal with a large variety of products at our stores, they range from perishables (weather sensitive) to non perishable and in weights ranging from under 1 pound shipments all the way to pallet shipments. The software is just incredible and the team is amazing; there's no situation you can have that this app cannot resolve. Before the ASM, we had to stop shipping chocolate during the summer months. With the ASM, we are able to ship chocolate all year long; we are able to have rules in place that look at the weather at the ship from & delivery point and based on the temperature threshold established only certain shipping methods are allowed. When we moved our stores to BC, we did not have to think twice about the ASM and quite frankly the competition was not even close. We are a huge fan to the app and the team behind the app.

Awesome Solution for Beginner and Advanced Setups - We switched to ASM after a competitor of theirs was not able to provide accurate solutions for larger orders that our customers place. With their simple to use, and easy to understand "Point System" we've been able to provide our customers with accurate shipping quotes leading to more conversions and fewer abandoned carts. Also, their dedicated staff makes setup easy and are a pleasure to deal with. Highly Recommended.

Awesome app! - Shipping various size products in various size cases can be challenging. These guys have mastered it though. The app is awesome. Highly configurable, Scarily accurate and super simple. The support is spot on and they seem to always be available (which is unheard of nowadays). Well done ASM!

Amazing Service! - Burt was fantastic with a very difficult set up for our online store. We have lots of special pallet rates in place with two separate carriers and it was very difficult to get the programing done correctly. Finally it is set up and working beautiful.

Solved our Intricate Shipping Requirements - This is the application we wish we would have found a long time ago.  I first have to rave about their customer service and on-boarding.  My representative (Burt) was very knowledgeable and worked very closely with me to get all the many settings we needed dialed in.  He was always easy to reach and ensured that I was happy, and that the software was operating to our satisfaction.As it relates to the software specifically, our products range from very small items to very large and heavy items.  Some are only able to ship through certain carriers and this program gives us the ability to control which carriers are quoted on a product level.  It is able to connect to all of the carriers we use to give our customers the best option for their shipping.  In addition, some items require special handling and we are able to add in those special charges that the carrier charges us on a product level to ensure that the quotes are accurate.  It knows all of our box sizes and the cubic dimensions of all the loose items.  It then can create accurate quotes because it knows how to group multiple items into the appropriate number of boxes to quote with UPS.  Before this program, many of our shipments were grossly under quoted in our shopping cart and just not accurate.  We can now dial in all the complex shipping scenarios.I highly recommend giving this application a try.  It has done wonders for our business and easily pays for itself since our system now quotes shipping accurately.

Great Features and Outstanding Support - Our team switched to Advanced Shipping Manager a week ago and we are very pleased. We found this add on to have more features than our past add on. Their patience with both showing us how their software works and allowing us to test it in a sandbox site before going live was quite helpful. Once installed it not only has worked well but has simplified our cart shipping charge estimates for an order. Worth looking into. We would highly recommend it!

More Features for the Money and WAAAAY Easier to Use - Advanced Shipping Manager is as easy as it gets for configuring shipping rules. Compared to the big name alternative, we get way more features for the price and have a far more streamlined, straight to the point interface that makes it easy to implement shipping methods and rules.The support is super responsive. The thing I like the most, though, is if I want to add one simple feature, I can order it à la carte instead of tripling my plan cost like the other guys. If you had the other option rammed down your throat and can't stomach the high price tag, give Advanced Shipping Manager a try.

Easy to use , Excellent value ! - I am very happy to be working with Kingwebmaster for our shipping logistics needs. We have been using ShipperHQ for several years at a premium price with half the functionality as Kingwebmaster. We have over 400,000 products pulling from more than a dozen warehouses and their BigCommerce App has been extremely helpful and the pricing is fantastic as well. With unlimited warehouses we can continue to add additional shipping locations and further customize them to our specific needs. Highly recommended !

Exactly What We Needed for Shipping - This is probably the first product review of anything I have written in years. And with good reason -- because Bigcommerce shipping logic (or lack thereof) was driving me MAD! The only option they present to you is for an app that is exorbitantly expensive and incredibly complicated. But, alas, Advanced Shipping Manager and the customer team have been a godsend! I spent about 30 minutes configuring shipping rules that took days with other unnamed apps and the customer support team is super responsive, knowledgable and really does help solve problems QUICKLY. Thank you to the ASM team for helping me implement the shipping rules that are critical to my business!

Best Shipping Calculations on BigCommerce - I am so glad that Kingwebmaster recently developed the Advanced Shipping Manager for the BigCommerce platform. We were using them previously on another platform and really missed their product when we moved. Other shipping rate apps (HQ) were extremely frustrating to use with difficult to manage rules and shipping groups. Another huge solution is Advanced Shipping Manager's shipping method populator for the shopping cart. This reduced lots of clicks and streamlined the cart by removing the need to enter a state and zip, then click update button. I can't recommend this product enough. It is one of the best apps in BigCommerce and every store should be using them!

Best Shipping Functionality on BC! With advanced rules and item level control - We have been an eCommerce company for over 15 years and ship approx 100,000 orders a year with 20,000 sku's so our requirements are very robust. Advanced Shipping Manager by Kingwebmaster has the best Shipping functionality on the market! We went deep in evaluating with all the options available on BigCommerce including Shipper HQ. Advanced Shipping Manager has deeper item level functionality, cart optimization (get rid of that silly City that does nothing), custom shipping methods with custom estimated delivery dates, shipping and delivery estimates on the item page! There is nothing we could throw at this software that we could not figure out how to do. The support and development team are incredible. These folks know what they are doing. They understand how critical it is to have highly functional and customizable software. Not only is their software incredible, the support is even more amazing. We have item level control on what shipping methods we want to populate in our cart and at checkout. Our customers have the ability to get shipping quotes on the ITEM PAGE! We are able to control methods to certain states, zip codes, by product, hazardous material, custom shipping methods (like regional carrier), split shipment calculations, multiple shipper account numbers for different methods (2 FedEx account numbers), markups and markdowns on certain zip codes, products or methods. The entire workflow is really incredible. Free 2 day shipping on certain Sku's to certain zip codes except Hawaii and Alaska? No problem. Custom estimated delivery for certain products based on cost savings shipping methods? No problem. Item level control and promotion of certain rates and offers? No problem. The most impressive part is what our customers see on the item page! It allows us to really highlight our best offers and get to a much higher conversion rate showing shipping options and estimated delivery dates. They are the best partner.
