they have no control over their customers at all, never answer questions. a big minus is that you cannot change the API menus when it comes to other languages

The application is really useful in making orders in abandoned cart successful. Customer queries increase and they are reminded to order at times with extra discounts that can be offered via those queries. Since customers are now more updated on status, cancellation as well as delivery the return customer rate seems to be getting better. The App is really useful.
