im Grossen und ganzen schon ganz prima. Leider alles auf Englisch, daher manchmal nicht ganz einfach zu verstehen bei der Einrichtung. Der WA Button hat uns in der Tat schon viel geholfen, aber ich bin leider auf das FREE PLUS reingefallen und habe dann doch schlappe 75 Dollar zahlen müssen - was mir leider nicht mal aufgefallen war. Zum WA Button kann man weitere Features nutzen wie z.B. Popups. An und für sich alles gar nicht schlecht, aber die Popups konnten teilweise lt. Kunden trotz Schliessungs-Button nicht geschlossen werden (war nicht bei allen so und nicht immer, aber ab und zu reicht ja um Kunden zu verärgern). Wünschenswert wäre, dass man mehrere Popus kombinieren könnte, was - zumindest bei uns - auch nicht klappte. auch der eingegebene Zeitplan wurde ab und an nicht eingehalten, so dass wir alles letztlich immer im Auge behalten und kontrollieren mussten. Daher haben wir nun alles gelöscht und gehen auf den FREE Plan herunter und hoffen, das dass dann auch wirklich FREE ist.

App does what is it supposed to (allows your users to type their message your site, then redirect them to WhatsApp), however once you pay for pro (quite affordable) then Smartarget has a really great backend with many, many more useful apps. You also get a report of where your clicks are coming from - perfect for a novice.

Woah. The app is awesome but I was impressed by the customer service. Ecwid has a bug that doesn't allow the WhatsApp widget to show up on your landing page and customer service responded immediately with the solution
