Fantastic Customer Support - My website uses both the Yotpo Reviews and Loyalty services in a custom setup where Bigcommerce is the backend system to a Wordpress front-end website. I had some frustrating difficulties getting the accounts set up and integrated due to misconfiguration of login credentials. However, the customer service rep I was lucky enough to get in touch with, Angelo, was an incredible help in getting things sorted. The problem continued for a couple weeks, but Angelo was relentless in trying to find a solution which did end up being solved. Google meets, late-night emails, whatever it took. Really happy with Yotpo, a great collection of web services.

Yotpo Loyalty App is Great - Yotpo reviews and loyalty apps are great. We had the reviews for a long time and then added loyalty (they are using what was Swell Rewards). They did all the work to set it up and then did it again when we changed from Blueprint to Stencil in Bigcommerce. There are a LOT of factors for a loyalty program and they went through all the various options with us so we could put together a very well rounded loyalty program that includes a referral program. It has made a huge difference on our site. Our customers love that they can redeem their points at checkout for $ off their order but they can also use their points for free product. There are so many things you can do with this program! I was even able to hook up the rewards fields with Klaviyo so we can send our own rewards emails based on the number of points a customer has or based on what tier they are in. Don't pass this up because of poor reviews, contact Yotpo sales for a demo first, don't just add the app and then write a bad review when you can't get it working. If you're looking for something cheap this is not (you can get cheaper but you will get what you pay for); for the price this program outperforms all others in the same class and is in my opinion a great deal for what you get.Loyalty is a custom install so they do have to do a lot of work to get it integrated, this is not a plug-and-play app. You will have to add code to your site to make it work (you will need a 'developer' if you don't know how to do this) but Yotpo gave us the step by step instructions on where to put the supplied code and even created the rewards program page for us. Maybe we purchased a higher tier of the app? Our Yotpo account rep set up all of the campaigns for us. We had no problem integrating it with our Bigcommerce platform thanks to the Yotpo team. Support is always very helpful, even through the chat I get experienced technical support and very little wait time to talk to someone. They have other add on bells and whistles that we are considering using in the future when our budget allows for it. I definitely recommend Yotpo.

Does not install, support poor - I would never use YotPo ever again. I tried to install the app, it would not install, when I asked support they told me to seek a developer.... umm hello, the app installs on BC not a custom system, it should be instant and seamless. Waste of time and energy.

Great Support, Not so Great App - Chat support there is wonderful, especially Maria D. I give the support 5 stars.The app is subpar. At Best 3 stars. every feature they show is for Shopify. When it comes to Big Commerce they blame "Big Commerce limitations" for things not working, but really it is Yotpo limitations.

THE WORST! - Wasted hours of time trying to get help setting up this app on my BigCommerce store. Their chat support doesn't support this product. No phone communications. The rep I was in a chat with had to write up a ticket for another team to assist. No one got back to me. If I could give a ZERO STAR RATING I would. I have uninstalled the app from my store forever.

Wasted 5 months and $7500 - Didn't work with Bigcommerce - We wasted 5 months and $7500 - Didn't work with Bigcommerce. Don't sign an agreement with them without holding them to a timeline. They showed examples in their sales presentation of stores like Creepy & Co and Moroccan Oil - the look of the program can't be achieved without hiring a developer. Ask all of the questions up front and get a copy of the sales presentation video emailed to you so you have it to refer to. We were really looking forward to using this app, but we ended up sorely disappointed :(

Support is hit or miss, when it's good, it's excellent - This app is not easy to set up. It is not explained well at all and the videos aren't much of a help. I had good support one time and my rewards program is good to go. Wasn't so lucky with the referral program at first, but finally got a great support person and in a couple of minutes, had everything set. Apparently, they are hiring more support help, so it should improve. Looking forward to seeing how this all works! They have a great review app - very user friendly.

Terrible / non-existant support - Tried to install Yotpo on my Bigcommerce site but site wouldn't connect... uninstalled/re-installed dozens of times different ways to try and get it working. Emailed support and gave them admin privileges to site, had a phone call and even a remote session to try and "install" it the same way I had already done... (level 1 stuff) so they escalate the ticket for assistance... and 5 weeks later I'm still waiting (yeah, I emailed them at least weekly asking for updates... and got NOTHING)... tried emailing sales, support... whatever, no response/no acknowledgement/no support... unable to resolve. So I just uninstalled it and went with Gratisfaction instead (installed first time, no issue... and it just worked). If this is how they support their customers I'd glad I found out what their support is like before we had it running. Very disappointing experience and would hate to have been relying on them for support if I was actually using the product.

loyalty program - it was really impressive to know about the loyalty program in detail and highly appriciate Ritchie M. Matos who helped me to understand this in depth!

Loyalty and Referrals Install - Ritchie was an immense help in aiding me with install. He went out of his way to ensure I was clear on steps needed and verified I was clear on the procedures. 5 Stars!

Chaiwat - Good app but quit expensive.Price between silver and gold are very different and after limit order you have to pay $0.35 per order.

Excellent Service - Highly recommend to anyone, set up was straight forward . Even though it's only been a few weeks we've received positive feedback from our customers.

Excellent customer service - For some reason the "Earn Rewards" disappeared on our website and it was a scripting error that resolved via email within a few hours.
