Customer Support / Assisting - The customer support was superb in terms of assisting in our concern which is to import all the products that are suitable to our country and Khir assisted me throughout. It went successfully, if there is anything or problem again I will contact them immediately and they replied promptly.

Great App! - Easy to use tool and save a bundle of time and time is money! Multiple ways of uploading feeds either manually or automated. I would not be without it now. Very reasonably priced and great customer service when needing assistance in setting up. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of app to update their inventory.

Fantastic app to sync inventory and new products - We use Stock Sync for various clients and it's a fantastic tool to map inventory feeds from suppliers. We also have recently starting using their product import feature and has really helpful filter options to import only on specific conditions.Suriyah on the support team has been especially helpful to debug some problems on setup.

This is the one to try first! - As a non-profit we have very specific needs due to regulatory requirements. Due to our inflexible setup, we had difficulty finding a stock sync utility that would work properly. We needed to import an excel file and have it match only on SKU. StockSync works beautifully and their interface is powerful, yet simple to configure what fields will sync and run. We had an issue with some of our SKUs that are funky and don't always play well with Excel, but support responded quickly and updated their import to work with our requirements and at no extra charge!I could have saved a lot of time trying the other sync apps on BC if I had started with StockSync. Highly recommend!!!
