Money/Time Saver - We have been using 4P for years. The rule based shipping option makes Amazon orders quick and easy to process. The multi-carrier shipping option allows us to quickly and easily find the cheapest ship method. We use the task feature all the time to communicate with each other on specific orders and email customers directly from 4P help keep track of customer interactions. Does a great job of tracking our inventory across channels. The integration with BigCommerce works well. We've tried a couple other order management systems but came back to 4P. Can you get more sophisticated systems? Yes but you are going to pay a lot more for them. This was designed by people who understand ecommerce and its a good value for the money.
