Lack of Functionality - This app will not let you choose which rates your customers are shown at checkout. Shipstation chooses the rates the customer gets to choose from. Shipstation has told us there is no work around and they have no plans to implement this in the future. I am not sure who this works for.

Sign up - I have signed up and received the 60 day trial however, it wont open..... HORRIBLE APP. I hope they fix this. Contacted help desk and they said no issue with ShipStation I beg to differ after reading another persons issues also. Good luck.

Was good, now not so much - Price has gone up steadily. Once you grow your business some the prices become significantly higher. It is clunky and slow oftentimes with fixes rolling out very slowly. Currently looking for other solutions.

unreliable! - Been using this for about 8 months and have had several problems with it most just getting it to work properly. The last month i have had a number of issues with getting labels to prints. Now it seems to not print at all and its gives me a message to a support page that tells me im blocked from viewing it WTF! For a paid service that is critical to on line sales this is not something i can rely on. now instead of making products and selling them I'm spending time just trying to find a solutions to something that should not be a problem.

Used to be good. Exploiting existing customers with insane price increases - This product used to be good, but lately, their Shipstation Connect program bugs out almost daily. To make everything worse, they doubled our subscription cost, and now charges us extra to use our own carriers. Turns out Auctane is monopolizing the market to price fix the shipping services, and given that businesses are so reliant on it, they know they can get away with doubling prices to screw their existing customers over. Needless to say, I will be switching to a new shipping label provider, because what they're doing is absolute bs, and I really look forward to the FTC investigation into their unethical business practices. I hope your CEO and whole executive board ends up on broke on the street or in jail. Shipstation sucks.

Ship Stationcant connect to Big Commerce - Tried to get support from Ship Station and the support is terrible. Chatted with a guy for over 1 hour and got no where with him. Looking to change softwares. If you can't pickup a phone and log on to the computer to fix a 5-10 minute issue I do not need to pay you every month. I am sure some company will realize that communication is very important today.

Dog Sh*t - This is by far one of the worst apps you could use. It does not work, and the support is no help whatsoever. Steer clear of this unless you want to damage your business.

ShipStation DOESN'T Work - The integration and importing over DOESNT Work. It works sometimes, but you will have upset customers because YOU can't see their orders because it doesn't import over and when they call you about their order its to late and you will have to refund them back the customers money and you will lose customers!

Don't Even Try - I would love to give this app zero stars. For starters, despite claiming they integrate with UPS they dont. You get stuck in this endless loop where it says youve added UPS to your shipping options in Shipstation but you didnt. Today I found it has been drastically undercharging all my customers for shipping costs. I lost over $100 in shipping costs today alone because the actual shipping costs are much higher! I have everything setup right, their product is absolutely broken and useless. Oh, and support is nonexistent. Run away from this app!

Great till something goes wrong - They will not offer any support what so ever After 7 days and Me and stamps,com looking into thing and sending it all to shipstaion showing the error to be with them they refused to help. 8 days and all I have got are emails that says they same thing " have you checked with Stamps,com " was happy for 2 years but the minute something went wrong I found out they have NO SUPPORT

Terrible - Save yourself - I've spent two months working with their "support" and "onboarding specialist" to try to get this application working with BigCommerce. THey have technical issues that won't allow it ever to connect properly and cannot seem to fix it. Save yourself all the hassle of their suggestions of wiping all computer cookies clean of all time and rebooting and reinstalling and logging in and out. It does not help. Find another solution and you'll thank me for saving you all the time/frustration. Argh Shipstation.

TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE - We are paying $150 a month for "priority service" and these useless people don't even pick up the phone. The app has many issues and has taken us 3 weeks to get setup after moving to BigCommerce. ALL WE WANT TO DO IS INTEGRATE WITH SHIPPER HQ, but we cannot do it, there are many backend errors.

Horrific service - Incomprehensible how rude and unresponsive these people are. I have written maybe 5 reviews of products or services in my life. This was such a bad customer experience I sought out the Review section of the BigCommerce back end. I'm sure its all my fault though. You can speak to a customer service person during the free trial, but once you are a paying customer you are on your own. If you are highly technical and like figuring these sorts of things out yourself, this might be a great solution for you. If you just want a solution that can be set up quickly and helps make your life more efficient this is the last solution on earth you should want to consider.

Do not migrate to the new version...it doesn't work with BigCommerce - We have been using Shipstation for over 8 years. We attempted the migration three weeks ago and it hasn't worked since. We've had to move to a new shipping provider because the integrations between our BigCommerce stores and ShipStation no longer work. Our case has been escalated and yet no one at ShipStation can seem to figure out why it won't work. We've lost all of our data for the month. The new layout is kludgy, the weight scales no longer work consistently and syncing of orders is hit or miss. We switched to ShippingEasy and so far so good. However, if you switch to ShippingEasy, do not install "ConnectEasy" as a Windows service; it will print everything twice.

Not bidirectional integration - Shipstation does not have two-way integration with BigCommerce. Few if any do, and no 3PL that we can find have an API. Bigcommerce also seems to gloss over this major gap, which puts the seller in the pickle to either fund a custom built API, or to do daily manual reconciling of inventory. Be cautious reading all these reviews about these platforms and when interviewing a new 3PL. Know what you're asking and what they mean by "integration." What is talked about here is NOT true integration in any sense that a business needs it integrated.

Customer support is in the toilet now - These guys used to be good when I first started using them. Now they have no way to talk to a human and it's a bunch of bots and run around to get any info. Sad, wouldn't recommend.

Fails Too Often - Too often if fails to return a shipping quote and instead returns an error that a shipping quote cannot be obtained. The error is incorrect because we have sold the items in that order many times. We can also enter the same order to the same zip code manually in our store front end. We have tried to get help from Shipstation, but they say this is not their problem.

Works when it wants to - This app was great in the beginning. Now it no longer loads the orders. It went from working very well to not working at all. There is no one to call or contact for $50+ a month.
