Did not work for me. - I spent about a month, maybe longer going through and making the changes to get my SEO score to 100%, but have seen a pretty significant decrease in traffic over the last two months. I think Google has changed what they are looking for and I am having to seek alternatives to gain back traffic.

There are some great videos on their YouTube channel that has made getting started very easy.
