Excellent support makes all the difference! - We are really enjoying working with the Remarkety team. Nikita, our account manager really understands email marketing and adds a lot of value to their product. We got up and running quick and easy with zoom call onboarding help and recommendations for best practices and email layout. The backend is well organized and straight forward to use. We are seeing great results and didn't realize email marketing could be so good. We highly recommend that you don't wait any longer to start using Remarkety.

Great with Room to Improve - Really like Remarkety's feature set and reporting. Things I'd like to see improved are 1. UI (especially mobile) 2. The content builder has a lot of great features, but the design portion could use improvements to craft professional looks more easily. 3. Would like to see some of the segmentation features expanded. Although you can get pretty much everything done as it is now, it still requires some non-intuitive workarounds on some segmenting. 4. The pricing jump from 3k to 20k contacts should be more gradual.

All-In-One Solution that works! - One of the few BigCommerce marketing solutions that isn't thousands of dollars -- and it works (one product I tried of a similar nature flat out didn't work!) and is easy to set up and use. Recommended if you're on BigCommerce and want a simple full-featured email marketing solution!

I'm Really Happy with Remarkety! - After trying to figure out Remarketing in MailChimp, I decided to try Remarkety. It's very comprehensive, easy to use and the support has been great. Great app and excellent support - I am really happy with this app. Remarkety is great for my email marketing and transactional email. I am not an expert but with this app it so simple and easy.

Wow! -

This is how e-commerce email should be. We were using Mailchimp before, but have switched to Remarkety. We can now send segmented, personalized emails with customized product recommendations all with a couple clicks. I think the best part is that it's all automated. I wish we found them sooner. If there is one thing I wish they had, it's an assortment of templates to use for the emails. You can customize it yourself, but it would speed it up even more if I could just use a pre-built template. I highly recommend this app!
