Fantastic Upgrade - We switched from a different search/recommendations platform that was highly recommended for BigCommerce stores. Being a headless setup some things take a little more effort to setup than a native BigCommerce store, Salesfire was not one of those. Search is fast and intuitive and very easy to make algorithm adjustments to so everything is easy to find and recommendations work flawlessly based on the display rules you setup.Since signing up just over a year ago we've since added their email service as well as overlays/digital assistant.
