Fantastic Upgrade - We switched from a different search/recommendations platform that was highly recommended for BigCommerce stores. Being a headless setup some things take a little more effort to setup than a native BigCommerce store, Salesfire was not one of those. Within 20 minutes of the live demo on our website everyone was sold. Search is fast and intuitive and very easy to make algorithm adjustments to so everything is easy to find and recommendations work flawlessly based on the display rules you setup. Since signing up just over a year ago we've since added their email service as well as overlays/digital assistant. Outstanding - I first heard about SalesFire through a recommendation as we were looking for a CRO firm. I couldn't have been more impressed with them. They have gone over and above what I ever could have imagined and have transformed our conversion rates with their suite of tools.
