First Time User - Just started with POWR. Working well. Did not understand their billing. Customer service responded within 12 hours and fixed the issue. Better than Just Uno who never responded and charged for bots.

Great support - Had an issue with which upgrade we were using - got a quick response and everything got squared away quickly. Great communication through the process as well.

Fantastic support team - POWR pop-ups were extremely easy and intuitive to set up, and the few small hiccups I had were quickly addressed by Luis on their team. I've had a great experience so far, and looking forward to using the app more in the coming weeks.

Adding pop up to custom location - Excellent service and explanation to help me place our pop up into a custom location. Super easy to understand and got it done quickly.

Popups - We like the app for popups. It was a little confusing at first, but with the customer support from Richcarde we think we are on the right track. The form builder is super simple and easy to use.

Great Customer Support - Excellent customer support - went out of their way to make sure that my pop-up published when I had issues.

Good Customer Support - They respond in about 1 business day to the initial message, and faster after that. Got the issue solved.

Custom Popup - Support was very helpful on figuring out how to place a custom popup on the cart page.

Nate - appreciate the customer support, the system is a bit tricky but works if you know how to use it and have the patience to learn or work with the customer service to learn or help you with any issues.

bureaucentral.co - Powr app lets me create a popup window in just a few seconds including the customizations.

Great Service - I had an issue that I could not solve on my own, and Richcarde from support got me taken care of in a matter of minutes with no headache whatsoever.

Support - Richarde M was able to efficiently get my pop up working by adding the necessary code for me.

Had trouble - Support was great - We could not get the pop up to appear on the homepage. Support helped us make it happen, they also proactively got it viewing properly on mobile.

Partial App with trash Customer Service - This app is trash. Hopefully, they'll give us a refund. It simply needs more development.

Odd that you can't easily just put the pop-up on the homepage - Why is it not an option to put the pop-up on the homepage when you first land there? There's every other option for where to put the pop-up - on product pages, About page, blog pages...not homepage. Doesn't make much sense and isn't useful.

Buggy & Slow Customer Serivce - This app is super buggy, it's randomly duplicated on our website. The staff are slow at getting back to you for any issues. Usually requiring multiple emails back and fourth which are 2-4 days inbetween (Terrible if you have urgent concerns). They do not have live chat which is a huge flaw. Going to be looking for another app to replace this.

Does not work - Does not work. Lots of issues, Limited poor support, I requested a refund after 2 days, they have refused.

Easy to use and has free option - Popup by POWR is nice because it has a free version to start; however, the options are very limited. It was easy to install and set up my popups on powr, though I have found some aspects of the user experience a little clunky. Overall, good option if you want to quickly implement a pop up on your site!

Looks Great - The tools to customize a pop up are nice and this app delivered numerous sales for our website.

Great Tool! - Great Tool! Easy to set up and implement on my site. I am using an exit popup and we are getting many sales that would have been lost prior to using this feature. Customer service is good also... although it takes at least a day to get replies, which could be shortened to make PowR even better!
