Great software, great support, great price - Plug-and-play functionality is amazing. Support always helps and gets back quickly. Never had an issue after 6+ months and hundreds of campaigns. Love it so much!

Great app! - Just switched because I was unhappy with MailChimp and Privy. I was using MailChimp (obviously) for my newsletter, but it kept unsubscribing people and not sending the emails out. I'm no longer using Privy for my newsletter pop-up form and have switched that to Omnisend as well. I LOVE Omnisend! Super easy to do, classy look, simple and yet has everything I need. It does have a similar layout to MailChimp but its a LOT better! Just sent out my first newsletter and the pop-up form is working great. Thanks Omnisend!!

Wow, just amazing! - I have been searching around for an alternative to Mailchimp for a while because 1. Mailchimp is expensive and 2. It doesn't integrate well with BigCommerce. I stumbled upon Omnisend - which I am so happy I did!!! At first it did take a while to get used to it but in ways it has a similar lay out to Mailchimp but the functionality is way better! Not only can you segment your audience better but you can also set up better automations to target certain customers or subscribers. I had many questions and there were a couple of things that I needed to contact support about and every single time they have been prompt to answer and very quick to resolve and fix issues and all whilst being pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend omnisend, it's truly a wonderful app.

Great App and Fairly Intuitive - We just installed the app to send out a Black Friday ad to all of our customers. It took me a few minutes to understand all the features, but this app is incredibly intuitive and easy to use once you get into it. We plan to start sending out email campaigns quarterly now that we have omnisend installed and configured and I expect future campaigns to be even easier! I highly recommend it!
