Exemplary Support! - Our site isn't 100% ready or live yet but I had to leave a review- Omnisend Support has been AMAZING. We have created a headless architecture ecommerce store, using Wordpress for the front end and BigCommerce to do the heavy lifting on the backend. Setting up Omnisend was super easy but getting that connection wasn't as intuitive- the support team was awesome and helped us get it figured out within minutes. Every company should have this kind of support!

Vital addition to any ecommerce store. - All ecomm stores should include Omnisend as part of their business tool set. For small businesses starting out, there is a free tier which gets you up and running with all the features you need, like creating Welcome Email Flows, Abandon cart messaging and running your email campaigns. The tight integration with Bigcommerce allows you to automatically send individual valid discount codes and insert product recommendations imported from your Bigcommerce store. If you are looking for an email marking solution, you need to seriously consider Omnisend. And there customer service is fantastic, even when on the free tier.

Must have App for Bigcommerce Store - Omnisend is a great tool to run in conjunction with Bigcommerce. Its integration with customer, product and order data greatly enhances your ability to automate emails for cart abandonments, order followups, and customer re-activation.... And the support is fantastic if you do happen to require assistance.

I have a feeling I'm going to love this product... - I've just begun and had a question- chat inquiry was responded to within moments and in Beran's response I could tell how much he knew and I had my question answered! In my first hour I've come to know that the cusomization of the pop-ups is great and it's really a powerful system that I can't wait to keep using and exploring1

Easy To Use and Clean and Simple - have used several emailing platforms. love the simple yet highly functional style and makes it so easy to send SMS without several more integrations. they have been able to answer quickly in a live chat if I needed something also no multiple day responses with endless ticket numbers. Great Customer Service - We experienced an issue were when sending the shipping automation the products within the email wasn't being populated at the customers end and they were receiving almost blank emails. Thanks to Matija for quickly providing the information needed to fix this issue.

Great Customer Service - Tried a couple similar apps and ended staying with this one due to the relative simplicity and the prompt and helpful customer service. The instant chat help is great and is ultimately what influenced my decision to sub to this service. Andrés, Baarath, Sanya, Karine have all been very helpful in offering guidance and answering any of my questions.

Excellent Service! - Contacted Omnisend this evening with an issue opening abandoned cart emails. Turned out it was just an issue for me with my Wifi blocking it. The representative, Baarath, was super helpful and knowledgeable which made it easy to determine the cause. Really love Omnisend! 5-star customer support which goes a long way for a small business owner who wears many hats to get things done.
