Anti-firearm business - Signed up and paid , my account was frozen within 30 mins and no reason given. I had to contact them to ask why my account was suspended when I hadn't even used their services yet. No reason given, was told they would look into it. 12 hours later I'm told the nature of my business violates their ToS.

24/7 = 48-72 hours - I'm a developer, with many years of experience with Magento, WP and in recent years Bigcommerce as well. Seems any questions or issues I have with Omnisend, (normally outside the realm of setting the background color of an email) I've always got a 48 hour wait between steps, which means a day's worth of setting up workflows is taking a week, and I've only got one set up which doesn't work due to SPF/DMARC issues on Omnisend's end. Its ridiculous. God help anyone if they have a problem on a Friday morning cuz you won't hear anything til Monday. Their reports for forms is questionable, as I've tested a workflow twice with different emails, and the workflow creates the coupons automatically (but not labeled as specified in the workflow, and they are set to be used with other coupon offers (contrary to what they stated)). And yet none of the signups show up in the report. Additionally, they advertise that their app syncs with Stamped.io Reviews. Yet nothing shows in the tools for including reviews in workflow email templates

Worthless Email Snatcher - All I wanted was a pop-up coupon-code grabber for the BigCommerce cart. Examples:- How did you find out about us? (pick list)- How did you find out about us? (enter name here)- Enter PromoCode here for discounts!- Enter CouponCode Here for discounts!This is simple stuff!People get traffic referred to their website from many sources, whether videos, links, word of mouth, etc. Not only was support unable to answer the question, they didn't even understand it. The only thing they understand is asking for an email address to build their own mirroring database alongside yours. The agents are courteous, but useless.

A Waste Of Time - After spending hours of learning how to create marketing emails, my account was placed on paused after the first and only reported as spam. Mind you, EVERY email in my contacts physically subscribed, created a detailed profile to be added top this list to receive email marketing and news letters. I have submitted request to have this "fixed" and haven't heard a word from these company. So this was a waste of my time , consumer beware.

Not impressed - on the free plan you can only send 100 emails day one 125 on day 2 and it increases 25% each day due to best practices, although as you read through you find best practices do not count on premium plan! Importing the emails was crap as they did not map them properly so I gained 323 emails in one day trying to segment the emails takes forever, the system is not friendly when it comes to dividing the emails and you end up doing a lot of manual work.the test emails for my campaign never arrived despite 3 attemptsBUT ON TRYING TO SEND MY FIRST 100 I FOUND I COULD NOT SEND THEM AS THE 3 TEST EMAILS COUNTED OFF MY 100 SO I COULD ONLY SEND 97

VERY EXPENSIVE and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - This is wayyyyyyyyy too expensive. $100 a month? Yeah, no thanks. Screw that. I get way more out of other email providers, and for way less. The "free" option is limited to 2000 emails per day. In addition, Omnisend just refuses to connect to my store. Too many glitches. Not worth the price. In addition, their customer service is horrible. They have no idea what they're doing. My store wouldn't connect, but they didn't know how to help. Ummmm isn't that your job??? They don't allow third party emails, such as gmail, for the "sender" emails. They advertise that they do, but then they flag and ban your campaigns if you try to use a third party email. So, they're liars and scammers. There is just so much wrong with Omnisend.Go with somebody else! Avoid at all costs! You've been warned!

Scam - There is a Recurring Charge! - Don't recommend. The price is not worth it. It is confusing to put together and there is a lie that there is no recurring fee. You get 1000 free emails that really aren't free because you can't set anything up. Welcome emails you have to pay for. Reminder emails you have to pay for. Abandoned carts you have to pay for. So they supposedly give you 1000 emails of nothing. It is a scam and not worth bothering with. I do not recommend. There are better apps and TRULY free ones that work effectively.

Terrible App Dont't Waste Your Time & Money! - I have used this app several times. It's a PATHETIC waste of time and money. It's difficult to set up campaigns, the reports are inaccurate, they overcharge for SMS campaigns. EVERTHING they do is a joke. Plus you can only chat and email but no one can help with problems. This company should be out of business so make all these terrible reviews viral. Big Commerce needs to remove them from their system and I will call and suggest now! Again, you will totally regret it if you waste ANY time with this app. They deserve a big negative 5 stars!!

Not worth the time anymore! - Was an okay service in the past before the name change, but they removed the mailing list layout and replaced it with a confusing segment process. I can't import a list cleanly anymore, its a screwed up mess. The service will not let you edit your previous lists, its a stupid move. The free version is almost useless and the next levels are very expensive. Much better options out there for reasonable monthly fees.

I gave up! - The setup was easy, but it was a nightmare getting my single workflow to work, even with the help of support. When my workflow was finally working, one day it just stopped, for no reason that support could readily determine. They were working on the issue when I decided that I had had enough and would just send my 14-day order follow-ups manually with less brain damage, so I closed my account. (As many times as I contacted support, there was never a ready and easy answer.)

Worst - I was wondering how this company had do many great reviews. I think all the good ones are fake. I had the same experience, but a little worse. They refused to refund me and then sent me their terms of service saying they didn't have to refund me when they never provided the service that I paid for. Did you notice that they don't have a phone number on their website? Good luck contacting them. Then, they charge your credit card with a weird name that is not even the name they do business under.

welcome email does not work, abandoned cart doesnt work with Big Commerce and have been fighting about this for a week now - I also wonder how they got any good reviews. I have been trying to sort out a WELCOME email ( shouldnt be that hard) they register on the big commerce site and the details are exported automatically into OMINSEND - and they cant generate a welcome email. THEN i get this shit back .... like hello ( there is a opt out function) :Could you please confirm that you are referring to the case when your customers create an account in Omnisend?All the data about your customers, as well as their status, (agreed to receive marketing emails/didn't agree to receive them) is imported from your store. Those customers that create an account do not get the consent record since there is no way to request oneSO THEY FILL IN A REGISTRATION FORM, OMINISEND EXPORT THAT (WITHOUT CUSTOMER PERMISSION) BUT CANT SEND A WELCOME EMAIL - COME on. I am not that stupid. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP. Use the free one

Wanted to love it - We moved to Soundest from Mailchimp because it sounded like they could offer easier integration for more than just a newsletter, but with things like customer segmentation and better cart recovery than BC offers,etc. They have tons of features and you pay for the size of your contact list. Customer service is very helpful, but still moving from MailChimp was pretty difficult as far as importing and verifying our lists. The Welcome Series has worked great for us. And the newsletter is good and we love the booster that is sent a few days later to those that didn't open the email the first time, but their editor is pretty hard to work with at times. they are releasing a new and improved version, but it's not for Bigcommerce customers.As we went further and further into setting up all their email features, we find out that they have issues integrating with bigcommerce. The cart recovery series won't work and neither will the Reactivation series. These were two of the primary reasons we went with Soundest. AND segmentation doesn't work well. Soundest only looks at one item in each customer order, so if a customer orders 3 things, Soundest only recognizes 1. So in the end we're moving back to Mailchimp. I really wanted to like Soundest, but it just doesn't work to it's full potential with Bigcommerce yet. Maybe one day, but not yet. When I asked their team about when they expect to get set up correctly with Bigcommerce, they couldn't give me any idea on time. I would not recommend using this app for now. Maybe after they get the Bigcommerce integration sorted out though as there is great potential in this app.

Updated Review - UPDATED REVIEW:Changed my review to ONE STAR. After sending my first email, my account is now suspended because 2 people on my email list of nearly 1000 marked it as spam. Everyone on that list put themselves there via my website, and I have their orders to prove it, but Soundest accused me of adding people without permission and insisted I remove them and suspended my account. When I messaged them back as they requested...not a single response from them. Bad customer service. More headaches I certainly don't need. Look elsewhere if you want things to go smoothly!! I guess sometimes it does pay to spend a little more.ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW:I just signed up for this 3 hours ago because I wanted to save some money (will end up saving $70 a month by ditching constant contact and utilizing the abandoned cart email feature, too). I love how it links right to the templates that the Welcome and Abandoned Cart emails code needs to be added so I don't spend an insane amount of time looking through things I don't understand. I like the ease and simplicity of the whole thing. I just sent my first campaign so will see how the Reports feature works later today. The only issue so far.... I did have to adjust the default wording a little bit as the translation to English was off in places. Nothing too serious though, but just preview and read over things before you launch them.So far I love this App!
