I'd give 6 Stars if I could - OK - talk about a diamond in the rough, this is a hidden gem. I tried nearly every single inventory management app that exists in BigCommerce before using Multiorders. I skipped over it initially because it only had a couple reviews. I wish I would have given them a try earlier. Our store has MANY components. Most of our products come with assembly parts and pieces. Some can be purchased on our site by themselves and some are automatically included in a package. Main issue I ran into was creating packages. BigCommerce only lets us put a quantity of 1 for each included item, and even then, they have to be listed as a customization. I pain in the a$$ and it didn't calculate correctly. Additionally, because we fabricate and manufacture, there's no supplies management option. Also, the shipping is a nightmare.Needless to say these guys at multiorders are AMAZING. The layout is incredibly simple, yet capable of handling everyting that includes a variation, or rules that apply differently depending on the product. By switching to multiorders, we were able to cancel nearly all of our other apps that we pay monthly for like channel management, shipping, bundling/packaging, automatic inventory notices, cost of goods sold, inventory levels, suppliers, Purchase Orders, etc. etc. Additionally, they are great at customer communication. I HIGHLY recommend kicking the other apps to the curb and get multiorders!

Love it! - I've been using Bigcommerce natively for order management and inventory control for a number of years but this year I felt I needed something more efficient. Receiving stock and updating inventory within Bigcommerce is painfully slow. Managing orders this way has also led to picking errors and annoyed customers. I've looked at every solution on the market and recently wasted 3 months trying to use Khaos Cloud Control. Absolute disaster and the worst software I've ever used, how any business could use that is beyond me. Enter Multiorders. I decided to take the trial and what happened is they extended the trial to 4 or 5 weeks while they worked out some issues with their Bigcommerce integration. I thought that was decent and they were very polite and keen to rise to my needs. All this while I was able to play with the software and start using it for my business in a proper 'live store' test. This allowed me to properly trial the software to find its pros and cons and more importantly see what kind of people run the company and if I can trust them with my business. I'm delighted to say that despite a few bumps in the road I signed up and have now been using multiorders for a couple of months. It's worth noting that Multiorders is only a couple of years in development as of late 2020 so it's still a very young application. I believe it was created by an actual marketplace seller who needed a solution for their business so its roots come from the right place.ProsMultiorders is actually a pleasure to use. I like its intuitive simple design. It's not too flashy, it does what it says on the tin. It syncs with Bigcommerce quickly and if you update a stock item's inventory level it updates in Bigcommerce instantly. With other apps stock updates seem to happen when a sync occurs, usually every 15-30 minutes. I'm able to use a scanner to find stock items quickly and make adjustments. For me this is the life saver and saves me so much time. Processing orders is also a breeze. One cool feature is it will detect if a customer has placed two orders and ask if you'd like to merge them. That was always hard to spot in BC unless the two orders were close together in the order list. While there is no scan/pick verification feature, it does have a combined pick list that opens in a browser tab so no need to print and waste paper if you don't want to, again it's perfect for small little businesses like mine. The pick list has reduced pick errors by 90%, hopefully scan verification will come to multiorders in time. One thing that is not possible to do in Bigcommerce is product bundles. But with Multiorders it's really easy to setup and I'm now happily bundling away! ConsAs I mentioned, Multiorders is in its infancy and some areas of the software need attention. Purchase orders work to some degree but it needs more development. Same with the reports.Labels and invoices leave a lot to be desired and while the team are happy to customise labels to your needs, I've now been waiting a month or so. It would be great if they had a designer tool or even just charge $50 or something to get you the layout you need and have that done in a week. All in all though I would say Multiorders is a much better solution for managing inventory and orders than doing it natively within Bigcommerce. It's certainly priced sensibly for small business and while I want to see it develop much further I hope it doesn't loose its look and feel.I have not connected it to marketplaces yet as I already have a 3rd party app for Amazon but I will in time I'm sure.Really looking forward to seeing Multiorders develop and working with the team behind it.

Awesome App - I remember looking for a similar Order dashboard a year or so back. Some were close, some were not. This app is connecting Etsy, 3 BigCommerce sites, and 1 Shopify shop. Awesome.I have upgraded over the years from Opencart, OsCommerce, Magento, Shopify, and finally BigCommerce (yes, absolutely an upgrade over Shopify as it provides product options and doesn't charge additional %'s on sales, and SEO is improved over similar Shopify store). So, this dashboard is the final step to managing various stores on different platforms. No more logging in to 4 sites. This app "gets it". Efficient and works well for management of orders and shipping.1 UI as opposed to 4 (adding Shippo as UI, which we also thankfully no longer need.)After 15 years, I finally have reached a "nirvana" to managing orders.
