Amazing Support Team - I love their support team. They have always been extremely helpful anytime we have reached out. Response time is fairly quick as well. I would highly recommend this app for your bigcommerce site, it makes life so much more simple, especially if you have a ton of complex products with a huge variation of shipping prices.

Good until it stops working - This app did provide the most accurate shipping rate quotes out of all the apps I have tried, but only when it works. Support was helpful with small problems, however FedEx shipping stopped calculating for us almost immediately and has not been fixed for over a month. User interface is also quite difficult to navigate and understand. A couple of days ago the app stopped working entirely, and I decided to find a different shipping solution. This app is not worth the trouble at this time.
