Great addition to ecommerce site - Maisie is a feature rich chat bot that can help out customers without the need to contact staff. Shaun has been great helping setup Maisie and answer any questions. A+++ support.

An Important Tool that Performs - We often try out new apps for a few months and see how they perform. Usually we end up turning them off when the results are lackluster. Maisie however has really surprised us. We had tried chat boxes before without much engagement, but with Maisie we immediately starting seeing customers using it right off the bat. Shaun has been very helpful with ideas for ways to improve and when we implement them, we continue to get improving engagement and now sales. It's become a very important tool for us and we're so happy with it that we're about to integrate it at another store as well now. What we love the ways to engage new vs returning customers in different ways and we adore the way we could create a quiz type of situation to help our customers choose products - it converts very well! We will be keeping Maisie forever!

We are loving Maisie! - We had a customer service person quit, and we sell weird stuff, you can't really bring in just anybody. Maisie is now handling all the "routine" stuff and we are driven less batty. We had a great time developing her "character" and made her a cute little on brand avatar. She has lots of product related puns, tells jokes, helps people pick the right product for them, offers free samples and occasionally talks smack about her human coworkers. We hope that this keeps her fun to interact with so people bug us less. So far, so good. The downside is that we've had a lot of glitchyness on the backend, but it's always displayed fine on the website. At worst, we just have to wait to do what we need to do until they've gotten it worked out within a day or so. Support is responsive, and I recommend doing the appt demo.

Our customers use it daily! - My customers love the chat bots!! A lot of my customers can find easy questions through bot like, bestsellers, new arrivals, etc, and we can spend more time processing order instead of assisting on sales! It does take some time to set up initially, but Maisie team is so helpful! Also helps to filter through most asked questions and we have been adding those to chatbot.

Easy to set up and effective - Setting this up was very intuitive. I integrated it as a substitute for a live chat app it has saved me a ton of labor hours so far. The dev team gets involved personally to help with questions. I look forward to learning more features and watching it evolve in the future.

Maisie Conversational Chat Bot - Maisie is an excellent chat bot solution that mimics AI. Great for the store owner who doesn't have the time or manpower to man a chat 24x7 .Maisie allows your customers to answer their own questions by using your knowledge built into the chatbot. Simple questions like order status or shipping policies are handled easily and with no human intervention.When you're ready to get more advanced, you can use Maisie to build a knowledge base. I built a decision tree that leads customers to their desired product. This is something I've wanted to do for years but every other way of doing it was too expensive and too complicated. With Maisie, I had this up and running in a few days.If the customer's questions aren't answered, Maisie also integrates with Facebook Messenger and email to send their question to you.Shaun and Bhavi have been extremely responsive and have taken feedback and made Maisie even better in the few months I've been using it.

So far so good - A lot of our customers use Messenger so it's great to be able to send them messages there. They seem to react to the messages as they get a notification on their phones. They really like getting shipping updates in messenger. I've been using the messenger subscribe popup to build up my list - it's working much better than my old email popup - and I'm winning back sales after customers abandon their shopping cart. It's another channel to manage but it runs itself so doesn't require much work after setup.

Automated my sales & support - This is great! Maisie chats with my customers while they are on my site to answer questions and help them choose products so I can focus on other things.
