Amazing features and Customer service - This app has awesome features with free version and also the customer service is excellent.I was facing some issues while installing the app but the customer service so prompt that it was a very hassle free process for me.I highly recommend it to all the users.

Great App So Far - I installed all of the top rated Reward & Loyalty apps listed in the app market. While there are definitely some nice options, what stood out for me with Gratisfaction is they are the only one that offers a free plan that includes ALL of the features so you can truly get a feel for what the App can do, which was extremely important to me to keep costs down while getting the store back up and running after moving over from Shopify. To me, it's a very smart move on their part, and a mistake by the other apps. It's sort of like going to test drive a car and the salesmen tells you that you can drive the car, but you can't turn on the stereo, test out the navigation system, adjust the seat, or go faster than 35 MPH until you purchase the car. How can you commit to something like that long term without knowing everything about how it's going to work for you with all the options? On top of that, their support has been very responsive and helpful when I have had questions. Gratisfaction for the win here!
