So easy to use and I can see the benefits already. The customer service is also 5 star. I haven't needed support for setting these apps up (it's so easy) but Praveen checked in and helped me out with a question re white label and upgrades. Apps Mav Customer Service is 5 Star - I rarely write reviews for my vendors as I expect customer service to be part of what I pay for. However, every now and then, there is a company that exceeds my expectations and surprises me with extraordinary customer service. Apps Mav is one of those. I echo the other 5 star ratings for this company. Believe me, it's true. I experienced immediate answers, no spin honesty, responsive and helpful support, great pricing. A shout out particularly goes to Praveen at Apps Mav. At ECBlend Flavors we were looking for something better for our customers than just a Loyalty program, we wanted to reward our customers for their loyalty and gratisfaction fills that nicely. We are in the process of switching over from our current program (which does not meet Gratisfactions features for nearly double the price), so look for our launch soon. Amazing Feature Set and Service - I'm a BigCommerce Partner (Redline Minds) and just set this app up for my client, Karambit.com. We have significant experience working with other loyalty programs including Smile.io and Loyalty Lion. Those are good apps too. However, I became aware of Gratisfaction when we were working on a WordPress store. My initial attraction was the ability to add contests and events without paying for yet another app. Gratisfaction is also less expensive than the two mentioned above. So next step was to go ahead and test it. It installed very easily. I think the UX would benefit from a bit more tutorial but their customer support via live chat was excellent and my questions were soon answered. Even at the free level, we can offer quite a few MORE ways to earn points. This is a big deal since we have large audiences on YouTube and Pinterest, in addition to Facebook and Instagram. Twitter is not a major focus for us. But as a marketer, it's my job to get my client's website in front of as many interested humans as possible, so more places is good!There are also quite a few more customizations available to the look and feel than the other programs. One feature they need to add later is the ability to edit the footer and header of all emails. I'd really prefer to put our branded header and footer on them so they match all other communications. They seemed eager for that feedback so hopefully they'll add this feature soon.We'll be testing the Giveaways next. Stay tuned. So far off to a fabulous start.

To me, it's a very smart move on their part, and a mistake by the other apps. It's sort of like going to test drive a car and the salesmen tells you that you can drive the car, but you can't turn on the stereo, test out the navigation system, adjust the seat, or go faster than 35 MPH until you purchase the car. How can you commit to something like that long term without knowing everything about how it's going to work for you with all the options? On top of that, their support has been very responsive and helpful when I have had questions. Gratisfaction for the win here!
