Perfect for my small business needs - Looking at all the different rewards programs was quite daunting. A lot of the features seemed locked away behind premium tier packages which were too expensive for my small business to justify the costs. Then I discovered Gratisfaction which was much different – all the features of the program were available to everyone, and the pricing is based on the number of users you have in the system. It just makes sense. Setup was a breeze. I was actually planning on just signing up and testing the system. Little did I release 30 minutes later I’d have a rewards program running live on my website! I was not prepared for how smooth the process was. Customizing and configuring all the emails, color schemes, etc took me over a week of solid work. But I’m very pleased with the results so far. Customer service has also been awesome – they reached out a few days after installing to see how I was doing. I responded with a few minor questions. They responded with helpful advice and then followed up a week later to say they saw I had implemented the changes and to ask if I wanted any more suggestions to keep me going. I felt like I was given the VIP white glove treatment by the team despite being a small fish in the pond so to speak. I think my biggest complaint is the way the rewards programs are implemented. When customers “claim” a reward, they are given a single-use coupon code. This works fine for dollar and percentage discounts. The confusion comes into how to setup product rewards. Basically their implementation requires the customer to file a “claim”, generate the coupon code, add the item to cart, and then apply the coupon code. Most of my customers shop late at night – I’m lucky if they can even spell their shipping address correctly! I’m sure I’ll get some confused customers, but it’s a minor issue considering that I actually have a full fledged rewards program that my small business can actually afford! Overall the program is still new – I have around 50 users signed up so far and very little points accumulated or spent so it’s hard to see how the program will grow and if it will serve it’s intended purposes for my business. Still, I am confident I made the right choice for my small business needs and have been satisfied with the customer service onboarding thus far.
