Excellent Service - Many companies offer fraud prevention and indemnification. However, until you go live with them, you don't know what you are getting. We have experience with a few other more well-known providers through the years. We can speak from first-hand experience that the approval rates of Eye4Fraud are excellent. Great Service - We have had Eye4Fraud since we started with Big Commerce. We have really been impressed with the personal service that they provide. When you call, you actually talk to a human being! We recently had to refund a customer's order because of an inventory problem and they credited us back the insurance charge no questions asked in about an hour. Talk about easy. And the peace of mind when sending out an order now is great. If they say that the order is insured we can ship it without worrying about chargebacks! That is the greatest advantage of Eye4fraud! EXCELLENT Customer Service - If I could rate them 6+ stars I would. We were getting fraudulent orders with no protection. E4F"s algorithm filters out fraudulent orders. When necessary they even manually review the order ! They insure all legitimate orders with a green mark " insured" . If a fraudulent order gets through they pay the chargeback ( hasn't happened yet ) . I can now sleep at night. More importantly the customer service is from another era. I have gotten personal calls from the owner of the company on his cell phone to coordinate our set up . This level of service is unheard of today ! They are US based and go above and beyond to help . WELL worth the money ! We got favorable rates from their payment processing and moved to that as well. The one fraudulent order we got, had the charges automatically refunded to avoid the menacing chargeback notice we had been receiving !

NOT FREE - This service is NOT FREE... they are being misleading and deceptive when they say it is free.

Customer service. - I highly recommend Eye4fraud. I downloaded the app and went through an extremely easy 2 minute automatic sign up process, as soon as I was done my orders were being processed and I was protected against fraud. Their customer support is great and their order verification is the best.

Useless - Downloaded the app because I needed a fast way to block scammers from ordering from my store but once you download it, you're met with a screen that says "call us for a log in".

Great App and Responsive Support - We have been using Eye4Fraud for almost a year now and are very happy with it. Support is great, we haven't had any issues that haven't been resolved quickly. I've emailed them a few times asking questions and they are always quick to respond. I like that that the emails are from real people and not just signed with a company name, so I know who I am corresponding with. We are now considering moving our payment processing to them if we can get good rates. Definitely an A+ on this app.
