I will update my review when payment clears and I have more time to go over the timeline. After getting a large fraud order I added this service. I have since received several fraudulent orders and Eye4fraud has fought me every step of the way. They did not reimburse within 72 hours as promised. A lot of vocal promises but the actual service does not work. Over $3,000 in fraudulent orders I would not have shipped but was reassured by Mark at Eye4fraud that if they insure it, they'll cover it.

Love this app and service - We worked with Joel several months ago to get this service set up on our BigCommerce site, and we could not be happier. Previously we felt like we were on an island with the credit card processors, basically losing every chargeback case. We also spent loads of time researching each purchase to make sure we felt it was legit. With this service, we wait for the ok (usually seconds), and then ship away without worry. Early on we had a few chargebacks slip through, but eye4fraud has been good on their word and reimbursed those charges. Given the money saved and the peace of mind provided, this service is a bargain!

Great Company - Worked with Joel and his team at Eye4Fraud regarding my bigcommerce store, GruvenParts.com. We were having a big issue with fraud orders coming thru and our credit card gateway could of cared any less, they just issued us chargeback after chargeback. Best App I Have bought So Far - Eye For Fraud is by far the best app I have purchased for our website since we have had it. We are a family business and had several issues with frauded credit cards on our website. I thought we would give Eye For Fraud a try and it was our best decision of the year. Wish I would have found them earlier - We were requiring billing and shipping addresses to match to help prevent fraud. Since going with Eye4Fraud we were able to stop doing that. Result has been a better customer experience and the increase in orders practically pays for the service. Also, Eye4Fraud customer service is extremely good (10/10 level). I would highly recommend them.
