Positive Google Shopping Feed Exerience - We have been using FeedGeni for several months to send product shopping data to Google Merchant Center. It allows greater customization of feed attributes / mapping / filtering than the native BigCommerce feed api. A very big plus is the ability to include metafields and custom fields - important if you use custom shopping labels and shipping label. FeedGeni will also manage feeds for channels other than Google. If needed, their customer support is very responsive with quality assistance.

Wonderful Customer Service - We just recently started using FeedGeni because we found that the google app in Bigcommerce does not pull over our data correctly. Good support team. - Carmen was helpful in resolving an error. Pleasantly surprised by the customer service response times. The app needs more functionality in regards to rules, I reached out to support and they said it's not possible. The feature I was requesting was the ability to add the products MPN dynamically into their feed titles, i.e. {Brand} {MPN} {Product Title}, but they only provide the {SKU} for you to use. Seemingly small things like this are for us a deal breaker. There were other minor limitations in their rules set-up, but as a budget option I'm sure this is fine for some small stores (less than 1000 SKUS). Pricing is competitive.
