Great support - Installed and needed some help, fantastic support from Carmen. If the service is as good as the support all will be good

Wonderful Customer Service - We just recently started using FeedGeni because we found that the google app in Bigcommerce does not pull over our data correctly. Carmen from FeedGeni has been helping me to make sure our feed is set up properly moving forward and have to say has been fantastic! I get a response within 20 minutes and then help with whatever I need. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone using BigCommerce that is looking for a feed directly to Google. #teamCarmen

Great App - Support is Second to None - I love the app and love the people behind the app. Support is great - super responsive. They are there to answer any questions literally at any time. They've helped with some custom feed applications as well!

Good support team. - Carmen was helpful in resolving an error. Pleasantly surprised by the customer service response times.The app needs more functionality in regards to rules, I reached out to support and they said it's not possible. The feature I was requesting was the ability to add the products MPN dynamically into their feed titles, i.e. {Brand} {MPN} {Product Title}, but they only provide the {SKU} for you to use. Seemingly small things like this are for us a deal breaker. There were other minor limitations in their rules set-up, but as a budget option I'm sure this is fine for some small stores (less than 1000 SKUS). Pricing is competitive.

Error 500, Something went wrong - Tried to install this and it doesn't work. Error 500, Something went wrong our end. I waited a few days and tried again and it was the same. Why build an app and then have it fail?

GREAT APP AND GOOD SUPPORT - Good app and it works well.It is a little bit tricky to configure but the support team is good and helped me resolve all the problems quickly. Will recommend.Anguel

Fantastic Customer Service - The integration is perfect and works very well. The customer service is outstanding, thank you Carmen, I really appreciate your help! They always respond so quickly, friendly and always answer my questions so quickly and effectively. It's not like other apps where you have to wait ages for any doubt to be resolved. I've tried several product feed apps before and this one is definitely the best.
