Thrive Support was a Life Saver - I ran into difficulty connecting Thrive to BigCommerce. Turned out I was signed into a secondary profile, so they helped guide me to the admin profile. After setting up the integration, I couldn't export the inventory to BigCommerce. Thrive support was on the spot and helped guide me painlessly through getting the export started. NOT SAFE. - This app failed an inventory adjustment and repriced 50% of my web site when we adjusted one item, during our busiest season. NOT SAFE. We adjusted default price, hit go, and about half our catalog all adjusted to the price of that one item. My employee caught it in time to disable sync and stop it from pushing down to ruin our product catalog on big commerce. We decided to walk away from this app, but lost about 200 man hours of setup time plus off-boarding and redoing product listings of everything for the last 45 days.

Nice app but could be better - We use Thrive Inventory since May 2024 because the native app from BigCommerce was deprecated and we need a bridge between BC and Square that we use at our brick-and-mortar shop. It is working but we have a few major issues, i.e. we still need to create our products on BC (and import them manually to Thrive every time) as the form that Thrive proposes for new products does not include several key fields (SEO, Custom fields,... etc) that drive people to our website and help them navigate through our store. The staff is really nice and responsive but they could not help us as these are flaws from the core structure of the software.

great Tool - We needed a solution to keep our on-line inventory at Big Commerce and our in-store business with the Clover system connected so we were not selling products we had already sold on one or the other POS. Shopventory provided the seamless connection we needed and our business runs smoothly inventory wise. In addition to the inventory, they have reports, more than I have used thus far, that keeps us up to date on our sales for both sites and we enter our inventory through their app so we don't have to list at 2 locations. We are happy to offer a 5 star rating and highly recommend this to retailers who might find themselves in the situation we had before this app. As business moved to multi channel with both on-line and a storefront, save yourselves from extra work for such a small investment.
