Chat support is useless - Chat support is useless. Cannot help with simplest of queries so expect to wait 24 hours for the answer to ANY question

Support Very Helpful - The FAVSEO Editor is great to edit all title tags and meta descriptions. I used bulk editor by mistake and it changed all my title tags so beware of using this at the beginning. Had a issued connecting with Google Analytic and Support solved it right away when I granted them admin access. Overall, a very good SEO tool.

Small starting issues - We have started using the app and it seems pretty straight forward. The only issue we see is that some of our Shop information does not seem to be updated from the Shop to the app. We are working with the support team on that. Other than that easy to use.

Review - Can't really give a valid review because I haven't really used it. Being somewhat technologically challenged, I haven't been able to fight through the learning curve. I will say that the responses and support given by Ashish Biyani has been pretty amazing. Quick and helpful responses. Maybe I should try again!

identify the problem - the app did a good job of identifying issues and what needs to be fixed, I wish it did more to fix the issues that have been identified for us. the explanation of what to do to fix the issues is great but you have to know how to implement them.

Pretty Great SEO Tools - The over all tool is great i think they are very responsive to questions and things move really smoothly. I like the app overall wish it allowed for more products and pages per page to edit but overall the tool does a great job and does what it says it does. The audit tool is awesome and the reporting on the other components of the tool are also very useful and pull in some great data points.
