Not even worth $1 - Do not use this app, it is worse than using a bulk upload excel file.The features are extremely limited and pointless, the number of positive reviews is questionable. Do not use this app under any circumstances.

Poorly done app - App doesn't deliver what it supposed to do. Look at the results on SEMRush, nothing changed. When asking for a fix, they booked a meeting. 15mn late they call me back to tell me it will be fix...it wasn't. BigCommerce needs to seriously do a cleaning of those poorly done apps.

Absolute fraudsters! - We cancelled this plan months ago. But they are STILL charging us for it and do not respond to messages. I have now contacted Big Commerce to get them thrown off as an app because they are taking money for no service! It's a disgrace. I have also reported them to our bank for chargebacks. They have committed fraud so do not pay for this service if you want to carry on spending when it runs out. They are fraudulent and not honest. Disgraceful company.

SEO - FavSEO has been great to help us improve our website. The team was also incredibly helpful in the set up process ensuring we had everything set up so we could get straight into improving our website.

Great Apps & Great Service! - I am amazed with how this apps work. It directs you step by step how to fix your SEO errors. Especially the support that helped me with every single email that I sent, they always responded within 24 hours. Awesome support!

Wont cancel plan after one day - Wont cancel plan after one day. giving me the run around to cancel the plan. downloaded it cause of the reviews, thought it would be good. cant do bulk edits on empty tags only, will overwrite all exisiting tags. so pretty useless. wont cancel plan, app has no button to cancel. support team dont know how to cancel the plan. waste of time. dont bother.

It helps... sort of - I just checked and see that we've dealt with FavSEO for just over four years. Obviously if I'm just now deciding to remove the app (and leaving a review prior) it wasn't all that bad. If you're looking for the low hanging fruit, to fill some fields that are otherwise empty, it's helpful. It will indeed take a look at your entire site and let you know which categories and products have little if any meta data for SEO purposes and give you a couple of suggestions on what to do. As in... "Missing Page Title" so you should "Add Page Title" so in that regard it is helpful. But to be honest that's about the extent of it's usefulness, again, not all bad. As far as seeing a real world impact, watching our rank climb as a result, that's so hard to tell, the SEO waters are just so muddy one can only assume it may have helped a bit but it was really just the work we did not the program itself. Think of it like someone walking around your house saying "You missed a spot", "There's another" but that's it, you need to grab your paintbrush and get to work and how well you do so determines the outcome.I will also point out that we utilized them for much more. For well over a year we paid hundreds per month for some detailed work. They would identify a set of keywords and really target them, sending reports of what they did, the impact it was having etc. However again, we didn't see much real world results. I gave them a long fair trial at which time they actually agreed that it wasn't really doing much for us.So, the little $20 a month app - not bad, use it until the score cards read good, learning as you go then there's little need to keep it unless you are constantly adding new product. The extra work - the hiring them to take care of all the SEO for you... I'd strongly suggest you don't and that you rather take the time and do it yourself. In the end nobody knows the company and the products you sell better than you and when paying someone from a land far away to come up with content on a product they've never seen for a business they'll never know – well, you get what you pay for.I will say on one last and positive note that the communication and overall ethics they exhibited... were good.

Blog Page Number - Nimit from FavSEO answered my question within 15 mins, we had an issue with the number of blog posts displayed due to the large size, Nimit was able to solve this problem instantly, incredible support! Huge fan of the App!

Chat support is useless - Chat support is useless. Cannot help with simplest of queries so expect to wait 24 hours for the answer to ANY question

Great Support - We are trying to improve our SEO in house. Out the box, we were having a hard time integrating our sitemap with Google Console. FAVSeo offers unlimited email support. Ashish, who is one of the founders went above and beyond and provided me with close to an hour of real time support. He cleaned up a lot of issues for us as a courtesy. Amazing Customer Support , something you don't see often today. I am looking forward to working with this group.
