Not even worth $1 - Do not use this app, it is worse than using a bulk upload excel file.The features are extremely limited and pointless, the number of positive reviews is questionable. Do not use this app under any circumstances.

Poorly done app - App doesn't deliver what it supposed to do. Look at the results on SEMRush, nothing changed. When asking for a fix, they booked a meeting. 15mn late they call me back to tell me it will be fix...it wasn't. BigCommerce needs to seriously do a cleaning of those poorly done apps.

Absolute fraudsters! - We cancelled this plan months ago. But they are STILL charging us for it and do not respond to messages. I have now contacted Big Commerce to get them thrown off as an app because they are taking money for no service! It's a disgrace. I have also reported them to our bank for chargebacks. They have committed fraud so do not pay for this service if you want to carry on spending when it runs out. They are fraudulent and not honest. Disgraceful company.

Wont cancel plan after one day - Wont cancel plan after one day. giving me the run around to cancel the plan. downloaded it cause of the reviews, thought it would be good. cant do bulk edits on empty tags only, will overwrite all exisiting tags. so pretty useless. wont cancel plan, app has no button to cancel. support team dont know how to cancel the plan. waste of time. dont bother.

DOESN'T WORK - I optimised all the products, pages and everything else. according to fav seo, everything is perfect. According to any other tool, everything is wrong. Thank you Fav seo for making me waste a week!!

FAV SEO Editor - The editor in FAV SEO is giving problems and not updating the products, categories etc This is the 3rd time around that I battle with this application. It is wasting a lot of my time and I can do it in a spreadsheet must faster because surely I am not going to take over 4 hours to update a few items.
