Does not do what is promised, support non-responsive - I tried the free trial version of this product and liked the interface so I decided to purchase the extended toolset. Before I made my purchase I phoned their support line and spoke with a representative. I specifically asked that she confirm this toolset, when purchased, would allow me full access to each storefront under my one BigCommerce account, and she assured me the purchase would allow access to the full toolset for my 3 storefronts in my single BigCommerce account. I found out not 30 minutes later this was untrue - the tools are only enabled for a single storefront. I then called back, sent emails, and used the company's contact-us link - ALL THREE proved pointless. No more phone response, and digital contact receives no response whatsoever. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel like I have been given the bait-and-switch here. If you are using this for a single simple storefront, it should work for you - but do not put faith in their claim for multiple storefront support.

Customer Service Refuses to Reply (upgraded acct) - A couple months ago we paid to upgrade to unlock all features. All we wanted was a home page slider that is smaller than the massive hero slider that big commerce offers. Epic seemed to be the perfect solution and Epic is truly simple to use. However, we are experiencing issues which makes Epic Page Builder unusable for us. Although we can get it to work on web, the images look horrid on mobile. We have sent support at least 12 emails over the past months simply asking if there is a way to correct this (or if there is an ability to disable mobile or make a different banner for mobile. They refuse to reply. We have also contacted them through their site. Still no reply. If they can take the time to reply and help us resolve the glitches, we are happy to change this review, but as of now we have paid for a completely unusable service. Very disappointing. Hopefully this review will encourage them to reply and help us. We would really, really like to be able to use this feature. Or, if there is no possible way to make the mobile version look good, then just tell us that.
