Does not do what is promised, support non-responsive - I tried the free trial version of this product and liked the interface so I decided to purchase the extended toolset. Before I made my purchase I phoned their support line and spoke with a representative. I specifically asked that she confirm this toolset, when purchased, would allow me full access to each storefront under my one BigCommerce account, and she assured me the purchase would allow access to the full toolset for my 3 storefronts in my single BigCommerce account. I found out not 30 minutes later this was untrue - the tools are only enabled for a single storefront. I then called back, sent emails, and used the company's contact-us link - ALL THREE proved pointless. No more phone response, and digital contact receives no response whatsoever. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel like I have been given the bait-and-switch here. If you are using this for a single simple storefront, it should work for you - but do not put faith in their claim for multiple storefront support.

Epic Page Builder Widgets - Great addition to Big Commerce Page Builder. This app allowed me to create additional items in the manner that I wanted.

Must have widget for any website - Really loving this tool to bring attention to parts of our website. I need to make more time so I can play around with even more content.

Quick, Easy, Efficient - We added Page Builder Widgets after looking for ways to improve our website. Watching Kal and the tutorial videos made the process that much easier. We have not used many widgets yet but can't wait to get to some more with expanding our product pages.

Fantastic - We started using this after seeing Kal's youtube videos on improving SEO. We are currently using this to add more "lifestyle" images to our product listings for customers to better understand the product in use. We are also using the accordion and other widgets to help improve our SEO without too much clutter.

Widget Plug ins - On the plus side - the You Tube Videos that Kal Wiggins has produced on Page Builder are top rate. I had no clue how to use Page Builder, I watched a few videos and finished the landing page in a day. His knowledge and skill are easily apparent and the production and delivery are disarmingly honest and charming while being efficient and to the point. Bravo Kal.On the critical and please improve side. 1) I wanted to use a lot of the widgets but I found I could not. Although better designed, with more control features and more visually appealing than the BC in-house widgets, One was limited to a maximum of two columns on the PC view. If you put three or four across in a row with images and text - they would become illegible and collage on the page in Phone view. To take my proposed layout for my landing page of six columns and convert it to two columns to accommodate the widgets - my home screen would no longer be functional as one would have to scroll down forever to get through the content on PC view. NOTE: I could not use the BC Widgets either because the text over the image made the text illegible. Epicdesignlabs at least addressed that flaw with their product by providing a text background. I preferred this to the BC widget despite the image being much smaller in the Widget frame but still had to abandon it due to poor translation to phone view when more than 2 columns were used. So neither BC or Epic's widgets could be used. As a result I had to use plain old separate images with separate buttons and separate text boxes. So the page looks like it is out of the 90's. This tells me your work is not done. Just make the images in the boxes scale able between Platform views and make the images fill the frame under the text (or make that an option). ps. - I still want you to develop a progressive SEARCH BAR that allows multiple search options.

Helpful app but no support - I think the app is helpful and has some nice features, but one of the widgets I paid for is stuck/broken and after reaching out to support several times via email or a support ticket, I haven't heard back.

Excellent - I wanted to change the layout of my website footer and was glad when I found out about this app. The instructions Kal gave on Youtube were extremely easy to follow, even for a website newbie like me. I highly recommend this app.

Excellent Addition to Page Builder - This app and its founder get five stars! Lots of videos to support the product. The Image Gallery widget was just the thing I was looking for. It gave me the functionality that is not available in basic Page Builder. Epic Design Labs made my day!

This App is a Game Changer - I've had a BigCommerce site since 2014. The biggest challenge has always been design flexibility. Huge thanks to Kal and his team for developing this app. It works amazingly and the YouTube videos on his channel are so incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend.

Review - Loving the videos in YouTube its helping me to understand the code. Ive always been able to look into source code and understand enough to make changes and be dangerous lol but with these videos ive been able to cement the understanding of the elements within the BigCommerce themes and stencil cli. Also im really enjoying the page building widgets that i got. I purchased the full plan its 50 bucks one time whats not to love about that!!! Simple and affordable! The ability to create within i need to play and work within that more i have just poked around a little. Look forward to more videos and watching more of whats already posted. I am focusing on launching this store and then will be looking to join the online group! Excited about the possibilities here.... thanks for the great content and understandability!

Amazing Widgets! - I tried this widget looking for a sharp, user-friendly solution to add to what BigCommerce already provides and I was lucky to find these guys. Excellent choices, especially the Triple Hero option, which was perfect for replacing a single Hero banner I had with a better, more informative choice, easy to put together.

Customer Service Refuses to Reply (upgraded acct) - A couple months ago we paid to upgrade to unlock all features. All we wanted was a home page slider that is smaller than the massive hero slider that big commerce offers. Epic seemed to be the perfect solution and Epic is truly simple to use. However, we are experiencing issues which makes Epic Page Builder unusable for us. Although we can get it to work on web, the images look horrid on mobile. We have sent support at least 12 emails over the past months simply asking if there is a way to correct this (or if there is an ability to disable mobile or make a different banner for mobile. They refuse to reply. We have also contacted them through their site. Still no reply. If they can take the time to reply and help us resolve the glitches, we are happy to change this review, but as of now we have paid for a completely unusable service. Very disappointing. Hopefully this review will encourage them to reply and help us. We would really, really like to be able to use this feature. Or, if there is no possible way to make the mobile version look good, then just tell us that.

Great App - We've used the free version of this app for several months now and couldn't be happier with it!

All in all an excellent app. - Great option if you want to make changes to pages. This app is a must have since it builds upon the standard page builder of Bigcommerce, and a lot of the basic functionality is free. We have not paid for the added functionality, but I guess we will since its price is reasonable.All in all, an excellent app.

Make Page Builder Even Better - If you use the BigCommerce Page Builder, you need to use this. It makes BC Page Builder even better and adds a lot of components BC is missing. Even better it is free. If you want even more, you can use many other elements for a one time fee, which is a lot better than monthly recurring fees. After all, you are going to all that trouble to use BC Page Builder and and this app to make those pages even better.
