DOESNT WORK, NO SUPPORT, KEEPS CHARGING - THERE IS NO SUPPORT, THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU AND WONT LET YOU CANCEL BECAUSE THEY NEVER REPLY. DO NOT INSTALL.

Not Working! ZERO Support! - We installed however when only updating 2 items... program hangs and never updates. Message popup window states: "This will not take too long"... "Do NOT Refresh Page". Left window open for 5 hours... still no update nor page refresh. Contacted APP creator through their website... using LIVE Chat. They say they will reply within 24-48 hours... that was 1 week ago. Sent 2 additional messages for assistance... still no reply from them. This is a perfect example of why Big Commerce needs to create their own apps...
