Great Customer Service - Highly recommend! Quick and helpful customer service with a dedicated account rep. We had been using our prior email provider for a few years and were drawn to Bay Engage for a few of their other services they provided, like their reviews platform. They do so much more than most email providers. Having one company that offers other services that we paying 3 other companies to do has made our life SO much easier and less complicated. They have made the migration process painless. I am excited for the future with Bay Engage. This relationship feels like friends and family and not a work relationship.
