Target Bay - Bay Engage - We have been working with Target Bay since August 2022. Initially KJ was looking after as we started our email campaigns through Bay Engage. The site is user friendly and intuitive giving us good insight t the success of our campaigns. More recently Ron has been appointed as our account manager and he has taken the customer service to another level. Ron is knowledgable and has an impressive understanding of new iniatives that may work, but not afraid to call out when things are not working. There is a genune desire to increase customer engagment and revenue which is very refreshing. Our relationship with Target Bay continues to grow and I would certainly recommend them as a great partner in the email marketing space.

I utilized features inside BayEngage's email platform with the products to include and the platform ended up sending products to my customers that were not even relevant to the email nor visible on our website any longer. I reached out immediately and was given excuses as to it being BigCommerce's fault and they would get it fixed. I can no longer take the time to have something fixed every single time I use the app. It simply doesn't work how they say it should and it made me look like a complete idiot in front of nearly 35,000 customers. OLD REVIEW: We switch our email campaign platform over to BayEngage and have been extremely impressed from day one. This platform is has more features than we have had with others and is much more user friendly. The support from Mace & from TargetBay team has also had an enormous impact on our ROI from switching and the interest that they take in making sure not only our campaign, but our company in general is successful is truly appreciated.
