Target Bay - Bay Engage - We have been working with Target Bay since August 2022. Initially KJ was looking after as we started our email campaigns through Bay Engage. The site is user friendly and intuitive giving us good insight t the success of our campaigns. More recently Ron has been appointed as our account manager and he has taken the customer service to another level. Ron is knowledgable and has an impressive understanding of new iniatives that may work, but not afraid to call out when things are not working. There is a genune desire to increase customer engagment and revenue which is very refreshing. Our relationship with Target Bay continues to grow and I would certainly recommend them as a great partner in the email marketing space.

REVISED RATING - *** EDITED: We have had nothing my issues with BayEngage and TargetBay Reviews. I utilized features inside BayEngage's email platform with the products to include and the platform ended up sending products to my customers that were not even relevant to the email nor visible on our website any longer. I reached out immediately and was given excuses as to it being BigCommerce's fault and they would get it fixed. I can no longer take the time to have something fixed every single time I use the app. It simply doesn't work how they say it should and it made me look like a complete idiot in front of nearly 35,000 customers. Bay Engage - This app is much easier to use than Accent360 and less expensive. Being able to drag and drop products from your catalog is a tool no email marketer should be without.
