Excellent Support - We switch our email campaign platform over to BayEngage and have been extremely impressed from day one. This platform is has more features than we have had with others and is much more user friendly. The support from Mace & from TargetBay team has also had an enormous impact on our ROI from switching and the interest that they take in making sure not only our campaign, but our company in general is successful is truly appreciated. BayEngage & TargetBay: Exceptional products and service! - My name is James, owner of Vanquest. My team highly recommend TargetBay/BayEngage products. We have been using TB/BE products for almost 5 years, and the TargetBay team have been a very good partner of our marketing & growth. Their service is exceptional. I remember one holiday season (I think it was the night before Thanksgiving 2018), we had some technical issues. The head of TargetBay (Pon) & Senthil remoted into our system with his team, and fixed the issues within a few hours. We are very grateful of BayEngage/TargetBay team’s efforts of providing great products and service. No product is perfect, and BayEngage do their best to always listen and do the right thing. Bay Engage - We have been customers of Target Bay for many many years now. At first we worked with an unmanaged account and while it worked well, we were not doing the best with it. We decided to switch over to a managed account at a later time and began working with Danielle. She has been great to work with and has helped us grow our email marketing. She is their US based rep. We have been very pleased with the revenue boost and interaction with customers that we have been seeing. So far we have been with the managed portion of Target Bay for about a year now and have every intent to continue. :) Definitely recommend if you are in need of this type of service!

Bay Engage Support - We have been working with Senthil in setting up our site with Bay Engage. Senthil is extremely knowledgeable and very patient when we are not able to understand or complete necessary steps. He takes the time to help us accomplish tasks and has been flexible in meeting our often limited times available for a zoom call. Although we are still new to Bay Engage so far this has been an excellent onboarding process.

Great program! - We have been working with this company for around 2 months and have not implemented everything we can yet with them but so far we are loving the experience. The set up was amazing and they did everything for us in a timely manner and explained everything so well in detail which I really appreciated. After set up we immediately received almost 100 brand new reviews which was so exciting. We are consistently receiving good reviews on a regular basis now. I also really appreciated a follow up call from I believe the owner asking us how everything is going. He also gave me new suggestions that we can implement to help us scale as well as suggest a marketing company to work with. We also really appreciate their costs as it is much more affordable then the last platform we used but also offers a lot more. They seem to genuinely care about the growth of your company, go above and beyond for the customer and we are grateful for their hair work and excited to continue our business relationship with them! Great Customer Service - Highly recommend! Quick and helpful customer service with a dedicated account rep. We had been using our prior email provider for a few years and were drawn to Bay Engage for a few of their other services they provided, like their reviews platform. They do so much more than most email providers. Having one company that offers other services that we paying 3 other companies to do has made our life SO much easier and less complicated. They have made the migration process painless. I am excited for the future with Bay Engage. This relationship feels like friends and family and not a work relationship.
