Terrible customer service!!! - We tried to renew our service, but unfortunately, there was only a PayPal option at the checkout to complete the transaction, which by the way was not working and still is not working after 3 days of trying. Originally I wanted to use a credit card to pay for the renewal, unfortunately, there is no such option using a credit card. After opening a ticket and I was told by a very rude person that credit card checkout is available after clicking on the "Checkout with 2CO" button which by the way is the ONLY button that you can click after making your plan and period selection. Again, no credit card option is available only PayPal and after entering all your information you MUST click on the only one available button which is "CONTINUE TO PAYPAL". It is ridiculous, no help whatsoever from the staff. I actually want to give them money but I guess they should make this app free since they are not in the business of making money and definitely not in the business of helping customers. Time to uninstall this!Sad:(

Make sure to export app data frequently - Be sure to export the data from all three tabs as often as you remember. Too many times have I noticed products that have tens or even over 100 people that have signed up to be notified when a product is back in stock only for me to find out the app has either no record of the product or very few signups. This has happened multiple times and even after contacting support it persists. After the last time it happened I contacted support and after a few days the 2 or 3 products that had their records disappear hours after they receive a signup started working again. I have been checking and exporting everything every few days just in case but I let my guard down for a couple days and noticed at least one product only had 4 signups but on May 9, 2020 there was 70 or 80 something. This is not the first time that many have vanished. Other products have experienced the same but I kept holding out for a fix. I haven't compared the export from May 9 and from today, May 12 yet but at first glance I think maybe at least one other product was reset.I have been using the app more than 2 years I believe and this has been happening for over a year. I keep putting off looking for an alternative but I can no longer justify the ~$25 per month with this continuing to happen.

Good tool if you aren't using a Stencil Theme - Been using the app for over 2 years and just realized it doesn't work with BigCommerce newest and greatest themes designed using Stencil. It won't work for out of stock variation sku if you on a Stencil theme. The developer won't update the app so it will work.So be aware of the this if you are think of using this app. BigCommerce Stencil theme is required to take advantage of a lot of BigCommerce's usability upgrade for the shopper. Works fine if you aren't using variation skus.Kenny

Really useful - Really useful app. Makes customers buy in my store and not go to other one even if stuff is out of stock. Works well so far.

Reminder - Sending notifications manually takes too much time. Now I have this automated and I'm just happy!

Great App! - This app fills a much needed void in the BigCommerce platform. It has a nice layout with custom design options . Another plus is that it doesn't seem to slow down the page loads.

So Far so Good - Early days but we are already receiving a list of products people are waiting for. Easy installation.

Excellent app! - We sell live plants online so we have a constantly rotating inventory. This app not only works as a service to our customers by emailing them when products are back in stock, but it also gives valuable insight into what our customers are waiting for. Also, great customer service!

It works great! - It does what it says it suppose to do. You really need this app if you have a Bigcommerce store.

Awesome Tool! - I really love the customization levels and how unobtrusive this app is on the website. I have it set where a pop-up will come up when viewing an out of stock item which you can just close. From there a small tab is on the side of the screen which a customer can click and bring the pop-up back if they decide to add their e-mail to the back in stock notification. This makes the site much less cluttered and looks cleaner. I would highly suggest trying it for yourself!

It Does What It Says - So many apps promise what they say and when you try its quickly removed - not with these guys!! This does exactly what it says it will do, easy to install and apply, easy to setup and within minutes you will have what you are looking for, I cannot recommend In Stock Reminder enough! Try it for yourselves and you will see how it does what you want

Added advertisements at checkout. Did not allow sellers to opt out beforehand, - I've once had a glowing review for BISA application by spur.it. Today, however, I learned that they changed their policy to plant advertisements after customers checkout, in exchange for making the service free. This makes it seem that we are selling ads on our webstore, which is sure to turn off our customers. Worse, they did not inform us until this morning that the feature is already activated, and will require a dev to turn it off. This is a sneaky way to implement a new feature, and one I believe will lose them clients more than they thought they'd attract. Very few sellers wants to lump advertisements further soliciting offers to their customers, especially when those ads have nothing to do with their business.While I learned it is possible to opt out, it is better to simply propose the feature to your clients and allow them to opt in instead.

I have over the years used other apps thatoffer a similar service, but they fail to match the features and customerservice from SPURIT. One would think including an image of the item in the emailnotification to the customer would be a no brainer, but there are ones outthere that do not. I am a huge fan of the way the customer is notified when theitem they are looking at is out of stock. The customized pop-up is a great tooland has caused our email notification request signup to shoot through the roof.Its also works the same way on a desktop, phone, or tablet which makes is a bigplus. Cannot say enough about this app so I would highly recommend you give ita try.
