Terrible customer service!!! - We tried to renew our service, but unfortunately, there was only a PayPal option at the checkout to complete the transaction, which by the way was not working and still is not working after 3 days of trying. Originally I wanted to use a credit card to pay for the renewal, unfortunately, there is no such option using a credit card. After opening a ticket and I was told by a very rude person that credit card checkout is available after clicking on the "Checkout with 2CO" button which by the way is the ONLY button that you can click after making your plan and period selection. Again, no credit card option is available only PayPal and after entering all your information you MUST click on the only one available button which is "CONTINUE TO PAYPAL". It is ridiculous, no help whatsoever from the staff. I actually want to give them money but I guess they should make this app free since they are not in the business of making money and definitely not in the business of helping customers. Time to uninstall this!Sad:(
