Do not know how we survived without it! - Seeing an increase in requests for quotes we were looking for a solution to streamline our quoting process and Quote Ninja was exactly what we were looking for! An extremely informative demo with the owner answered any questions that I had, and the set up was insanely easy! My customers are pleased with the new way we issue quotes with PDF's and checkout links makes it easy for anyone on their team to place the order. The most surprising feature of Quote Ninja is the customer service! The 2 times that I have not been able to find an answer to a question from their online help section I chatted with customer service and had my question solved in less than 5 min! I can not say enough good things about Quote Ninja and I have no idea how we survived for so long with out it!

Quote Ninja works! - The demo helped answer all the questions I had on the product, so I determined it was a worthwhile investment for time savings. Signing up for the service took a matter of minutes, then the setup was complete within 30 minutes. By the end of the first day, our BigCommerce site had already received two quotes through Quote Ninja. It is easy to use, easy to manage and it works for the client needs to have a PDF quote for their internal PO request/approval processes.

It makes getting orders through quotes much easier and requires less time from our sales staff. The dashboard is also much easier to use than other apps we have used in the past.The support for this app has been impeccable, any issue that we have run into (usually very minor) has been corrected or explained by the team almost immediately. I would certainly recommend this app as a benefit for the sales staff and your customers.
