Excellent App with Great Continued Support - We switched to QuoteNinja from Quotewerks for better integration with bigcommerce and have been completely blown away. It makes getting orders through quotes much easier and requires less time from our sales staff. The dashboard is also much easier to use than other apps we have used in the past.The support for this app has been impeccable, any issue that we have run into (usually very minor) has been corrected or explained by the team almost immediately. Flexible & Powerful, like a Ninja - Buying custom wheels & tires for a vehicle can be a tricky process. Often times customers want to choose a setup that is not Original Equipment, so there are questions about vehicle fitment.The Quote Ninja plug in is the perfect tool to enable a customer to load up a few options, add some notes about their vehicle and send over the quote. Our fitment specialists can then reply or call with the actual items that will work with their vehicle to facilitate the sale. The Quote Ninja setup was seamless and the configuration worked great for our team. The CTAs on the website are user friendly and help at the key areas of the purchase funnel. Best App On BC - Quote Ninja has been by far my favorite app on BigCommerce. This app has been essential for us and our new website. The software is extremely easy to use and our salesmen love the features it offers. Customers can easily see their quotes and purchase items directly through their cart at the discounted prices. The quote feature even gives you the ability to see which quotes have opened, ordered, or not opened at all so you know which customers to follow up with. When we have had small issues or questions, I can easily pick up the phone and talk to John. John continues to provide the best support and provides answers to questions immediately. The customer service aspect has been outstanding. This app is definitely one that we would reccommend

Excellent Product - This app has done so much for our business in a short time. We used to spend hours by email and phone creating quotes and custom orders for our customers. With Quote Ninja they are able to do it quickly and easily themselves. The user experience is great and a good percentage of them go ahead and pay online too, which means more money upfront for us! Great App, Amazing Client Services - We recently began using Quote Ninja to replace multiple processes for accepting and responding to quotes (email, etc). Our previous methods gave us the ability to accept and respond, but our conversion rate on responses was low. Quote Ninja gives us the ability to accept quote requests, respond to them, and gives the customer the ability to execute the quote and directly order from the quote. Beyond the features of the app, their client services is amazing. John went above and beyond to get the app up and running for our site. They made many enhancements and optimizations to our installation and configuration to improve the functionality specific to our site. I can't say enough about how awesome they are and how great this app has been. I am just sorry it took me this long to start using it. I am very pleased with this and recommend any BC users to strongly consider adding this app. It is well worth the money spent.

Great for B2B and Excellent Support - We started using QN as a way to divert customers from building carts, using them as "Quote" to get approvals and then abandoning the cart. Adding this app provides a value add service for our B2B customers and a very nice, simple way to produce elegant quotes. The QN team is beyond helpful and extremely quick to respond.

Simple and Efficient - We've looked for something like this for years. We used to send out quotes using StoneEdge and not only did it take forever to create, but the email customers received looked very "old fashioned" and had to Checkout button or Call to Action.With Quote Ninja, our sales staff can create quotes in seconds and the email that is sent out looks really good with pictures, links to each product as well as a Checkout button. We needed help setting up a couple of custom things for our website and John responded to our Live Chat within a couple of minutes and made the changes required instantly. After about 2 weeks of using it, we've already sent out and received orders for 12-15 quotes.

Handy tool for B2B - Handy functionality for BigCommerce - ability for clients to create quotes and then convert these to firm orders through the quoting tool is very handy. Also like the ability to edit and customise quotes and prices in a way that BigCommerce doesn't do natively.
