Bot Problem - After using B2B Quote Ninja for many years we have now encountered an ongoing malicious BOT invasion. B2B QN has no capacity to intergrate a Captcha to prevent this. Big Commerce has zero knowledge and seems to not care. Originally we could speak to the app developer who was so hands on. when we had questions or concerns. That is now gone and we are now dealing with these fake quote requests. We really need BC to wake up here.

Good but no more dev work - Quote Ninja was a really great tool with a lot of potential, but with the Bigcommerce buyout development has completely stopped. Searching for products to quote is a pain in a big catalog is a pain because if you search multi word it is completely phrase matched, so you can't just give it two keywords unless they're in the exact correct order. Really could use just a bit of love, but otherwise it's pretty good.

They Don't Respond - ive emailed and used their chat bot that leaves a message as im in Australia. The chat bot says that someone will get back to me but noone ever does. ive sent multiple messages over the last few weeks and no reply

Awful - Use Quotillo. Much more flexibility and better support. I've messaged this developer several times to get info to adjust the CSS and they will not respond.

Learning curve - This app seems incredible but there is clearly a learning curve with it. I am sure everyone's needs are going to be unique as our are but all of our needs were going to require custom coding. We don't want every product to have the quote button (which feels like a common scenario) and we need a file upload with the quote again with custom coding to accomplish. Lastly we use the multistorefront and again we will need some developer work to make this work as the plug and play app doesn't support this out of the box. Also the monthly pricing advertised is monthly if you select payment annually not an actual monthly price.

What a Time-Saver - I've spent the last 14 years manually typing out quotes for our business which can be costly in time, and a typo costly in money! After reviewing other quote systems that can easily integrate into BigCommerce, I found B2B Ninja to be one of the most valuable tools, and the customer support, if you have questions, is also spot on! Our customers are now getting professional-looking quotes much quicker than our old manual quote system and the quote process is so much easier on me!

The presentation to the customer is great. There are built-in ways to follow up. It is integrated with BigCommerce. The staff helps work out any specific kinks with your site. The other apps in the category on any platform (BigCommerce, Shopify, etc.) don't come close. This app is only available to date on BigCommerce so we should consider ourselves lucky.I have also spoken with the owner of the app - he has deep ecommerce experience and is really out to help his customers succeed.
