not showing icon on aliexpress - time wrost app. not downlaod this app. please remove this app from this bigcommerce website.

Only import works - Only import products works. The ordering portion and other parts doesnt work. When I contacted support about ordering not working, they said wait to the next order to see if works, like the current order didnt matter if it worked or not. I told support, I couldnt wait for them to debug it because the order needs to be dealt with as quickly as possible but I could create a dummy order. When I told support that, support disappeared and didnt respond. If you get this app, just know, that only import products seems to work and support will try to not to fix the issue and you have to import one product at a time which is a major time consuming process!!!

A lot of bugs - The importation of product is a little off. now I can not import them because the import button is not visible. The most terrible support I came across ever!!!

Support - Vaibhav was in touch within 24 hours and provided excellent support which took him 10 minutes to resolve. I'll certainly recommend Webkul's customer service in the future

Best customer service - Best customer service!I am blown away by the personal experience I had with this app's support team. No question has been too hard for them to answer and no problem has been impossible for them to fix!I am chronically ill so it is very hard to set times and appointments. Ali Express Import App and Support - Vaibhav was super helpful. I was having issues with the dropshipping import feature and Vaibhav was able to walk me thru the steps needed to fix the issue and he then gave me links to information to guide me going forward. He did an outstanding job! As for the app itself, it works fine. Once an order comes in I simply go to my dashboard and select purchace product, this takes me to AliExpress and the product that was ordered. I place the order and it is completed. No hassle. I like that it is a manual ordering system as I can wait until the payment from the buyer is completed before ordering the item from AliExpress. Sometimes the item they order needs to be shipped to me first for personalization and I can change the shipping address before I place the order. This is a great app and offers outstanding customer service!

Great support and easy to use app - Great app for when you're starting out, especially if you have direct support from the team. Aishwarya was very helpful and fast at following up with the issues I was having when I was struggling to get responses initially.

Wonderful App and Customer Service. - The Chrome App Feature is A Big Plus, because of the Variant Upload Options that Allow your to Custom Taylor Each Upload. Works without a flaw - You can install this app and import products from Aliexpress within 5 minutes. This app is written and developed with skill. I appreciate the developers because this is an alternative to Oberlo (which requires Shopify). I didn't want to use Shopify but I needed Aliexpress import function. Great app and great documentation. Something we take for granted; but as a developer this is highly regarded. Aishwarya at customer support is great, too!

Good Dropship - Pretty good product for the price, the only setback is there is no direct customer service to speak to when having a problem , every issue requires a Support ticket, which can be frustrating if you need immediate resolve on small matters. However the support team does make several attempts to help you.

Works Very Well - This app is really amazing and works very well for importing products into bigcommerce. Support is really fast to response. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Application - We installed an AliExpress app from webkul, and faced difficulty during installation, but when we contacted the Webkul support we received a very quick response and problem was fixed, I found them extremely cooperative and concnerned about our problem. Well worth the investment and more. Works like magic. For all of you who are interested in starting within dropshipping, this is a must.
