Best App for Shipping estimates - I found ASM as the most sophisticated yet most cost effective solution available on the Big commerce. Their customer support is amazing and they are always available to troubleshoot or resolve any shipping related challenges that I come across while setting up the application. This is also the only solution which can manage 300+ shipping origins without much hassles.

Great app and even better customer support - I have tried several apps for shipping and ASM is the only one that allowed me to configure the shipping rules the way I needed them. Customer support is also top notch with lightening quick response times and solutions. I very rarely take the time to review software and apps because they usually don't meet my needs, but ASM has exceeded all of my expectations. Great app!

Lots of Features and Functionality Under the Hood - Had a lot of complicated shipping issues to solve and Advanced Shipping Manager had solutions to them. The best support team helped me as a user understand the system and figured unique solutions for my company. Particularly Burt was very pleasant to interact with.

Excellent app for complex shipping rates and zones - We at Flexx love this app and we were using it for over 2 years now. Enable you to set all different matrix such as remote post area codes, dangerous goods shipping (lithium ion batteries) etc.. We also have integrated live quotes from DHL and Fedex, very important for correct rates quotations. The app just set up and forget about it, it simply works. Their support is excellent, they always reply as soon as they can and help you with any settings you need. They always go extra mile to make you happy. We actually love this app so much, that we are migrating our shop from Bigcommerce to Shopify and install this app in our Shopify store too. Again, their support transferred all our settings over. Do not hesitate to get this app. It is a must especially for shops with complex shipping options and diverse merchandise.

So great! - So, if you don't know already, there are apps that handle the pre-order shipping functions (like delivering the shipping quotes to your Bigcommerce shopping cart) and other apps that handle post-order shipping functions (like printing out the shipping labels). We were using ShipStation for both, but their pre-order shipping functionality is VERY limited and it was making us crazy. Advanced Shipping Manager handles the pre-order side and does a great job at it. It can do all the things we've always been wishing ShipStation could do and so much more! We're still using ShipStation for the post-order stuff, but if you're frustrated with your shipping options functionality in your Bigcommerce shopping cart as we were, I highly recommend getting Advanced Shipping Manager for your pre-order functionality. It's worth every penny!

Great Service and Capabilities - We just started using ASM for shipping fees on our website. Their customer service is unmatched. They helped us create all the necessary shipping rules we require as a demo to show us how ASM can fit our specific needs. Being able to include or exclude certain zip codes is a great feature that was missing from our previous shipping fees. I have high hopes that ASM will continue to be used on our website as we grow and need to adjust our rates accordingly.

They have the patience to help anyone! - We've been using Advanced Shipping Manager (ASM) for over two years now. It was the best move we made.Our shipping rates before were all over the place, frustrating customers, and losing orders. Once we implemented ASM, the complaints and losses stopped straight away, it was brilliant.More recently, I've been working to address our LTL shipping rate options, and to say I tested the patience of ASM support team must be an understatement. I'm not technical, so really needed the easy route. I got just that, they walked me through the process and LTL rates appeared on our website, and the big orders have started coming in.I always read the reviews and I'm as skeptical as the next person, but ASM turned out to be a great choice.

Handles complexity easily. Wonderful service. - We have products that have different shipping requirements - some with extra charges - some can't be shipped by air, etc. Advanced Shipping Manager has easily handled all the things we've thrown at it giving our customers choices they didn't have before. Great Support and Versatile App & Calculator - I have been working with the team at ASM for the past six weeks and am very impressed with the app and support. Not only does the company provide a shipping app, but it also has a customizable product page shipping estimator. After weeks of research, I did not find any other app to offer both. Our company, Boat Specialists, has complex shipping needs that include a large volume of freight shipping. We previously used ShipperHQ, and our shipping options were extremely limited, and we were never able to implement what we wanted to. With ASM, we were able to accomplish our shipping goals at a fair price in record time. I highly recommend Advanced Shipping Manager.

Great Support & App - Definitely the best shipping calculation choice for us. We ship many different sizes and types of items, some ship free, some need to be quoted first, some can nest, some go LTL--ASM can handle all these things and more. We can control which shipping options are shown to a customer on a per item or customer group level, charge additional to cover drop ship fees and boxes, and designate items that should ship by themselves. We haven't taken all the options they offer but will likely add a bit more to fine tune our shipping and to begin shipping into Canada on a regular basis. The other services suggested by Big Commerce were WAY more expensive than ASM, so this is saving us quite a bit of money. As if that weren't enough, the service from ASM is top-notch all the way. Response is extremely quick, and issues/questions are addressed promptly. Recommend highly--no reason to pay more elsewhere. This is one of the few aspects of our conversion to the Big Commerce platform that has NOT ended up costing us more money than anticipated and is relatively effortless once set up. Thanks so much!!

Great App & Support - We have been using this app for about 6 months now. It has been able to handle all the complex rules we needed set up. And I have to say, the support, even after 6 months, is still amazing. No other reason to use another shipping app.
