CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES ATTITUDE - As business people we all understand the daily risks in play. Credit card fraud, burglary, Trojans, dishonest employees, you name it; it's out to get you.....So I was please to learn that Addrexx would install their software for me. They told me they would need the Admin roll to do so. That is understandable in part: But which privileges will you need? The answer "all of them" from Ane Svendsendid not go over well with me. I could quickly see they would not need the rights to create more admin accounts, the right to remove pages, or the right to determine where the money goes (all of it perhaps). So as I pursued it with her she did not reply. I contacted customer support and a nice fellow said he would have her create and send me the list. Am I the first to be concerned about web security?I have not heard back from them. Their way or the highway perhaps? So maybe I take my job too seriously. Maybe I try to do my job properly. Maybe Ane thinks the world is all about her. So why would I deal with a company like that? Why would you?

Great time saver for customers & our customer service - We begun using this app to reduce customer errors and make it easier for customers to checkout. We quickly found that this is the tool to not only just do that, but also with the Google Chrome extension it helps our customer service do the same when entering orders from over the phone. Saves so much time and makes the experience better for the customer on the website or over the phone!The support on the app is also very great! I get a reply back by email very quickly when I inquire about anything. They've been very responsive to my feedback and they follow through with updates to the app itself and the chrome extension regularly.

Great validation and support - We were having issues with our customers putting shortened city names and different variations of the words Suite, Apartment, etc. This app helped solve that issue by replacing their input with the accurate and standardized names, which made our automated order processing much smoother.The support level for this app is great! Given that there were no upfront costs in order to get it started, it was refreshing to see such a high level of dedication to the customer.

A must-have app - If you have an online store and ship product, this a app is a no brainer. Makes checkout easier for customer and takes out any manual work a customer service rep would need to do to fix addresses. And employees at Addrexx are fantastic and so responsive and nice!

Saves sooo much time! - Before Addrexx we would have to contact about 5% to 10% of our customers to clean up malformed addresses before we could ship out the orders. Now every order that we get comes into our system with a valid address and is ready to ship. This is a big time saver!! The app runs seamlessly and the only time I needed support was when we accidentally removed the code during a new redesign rollout. Joseph (and team) at Addrexx had us back up and working in minutes! LOVE ADDREXX - Since we installed Addrexx last year, it has made order entry so much easier and it adds to the professionalism of our site. The app works really well and the service is excellent. Wish all apps worked so seamlessly!

Addrexx is the gold standard of address verification on BigCommerce - We contacted Addrexx late in the development cycle of migrating from Blueprint to Stencil (after finding out our previous address verification app wasn’t compatible) so they really had their work cut out for them get up to speed quickly.However, in the last few months of working with Addrexx they’ve exceeded our expectations time and time again. For example, they rolled out two versions of their app so we could test features on our development site before releasing it on our live site. They didn’t have to, but they did to make our lives easier.Did I mention the onboarding was an absolute pleasure? Addrexx took the time to understand our needs (which are a little different to most) and were happy to customise their code so we got exactly what we wanted.This process of customisation occurred over a period of a week or two with Addrexx remaining in constant contact. They kept refining the functionality of their scripts until it was literally perfect for us.The result now that Addrexx has been on our site for a month and a half is an error rate of less than 1% on thousands of orders a week (and we think most of those are coming from addresses saved in BigCommerce) and we’re ecstatic! We’ve had one extremely minor issue since launching - in very specific circumstances the Create New Account page wasn’t loading correctly. We notified Addrexx of the issue and within an hour or so a fix had been deployed.Highly recommended for a great product and spectacular customer service!!

Problems with app - It would not allow customers to over-ride the suggested address - which I asked about before having it installed and they said that was no problem, their app gives the customer that choice. In truth it does not.In 5 days I had 3 customers who were upset because they could not enter their correct address. No matter what they did it reverted to what the addrexx app wanted.It did wonderfully pre-filling the city & state with desktop orders when the customer entered the zip and pressed enter or tab. But on a mobile device, it only pre-filled the city/state if the customer touched the suggested city & state with their finger, not when pressing "next" which is what most people do. As a result I was still getting mismatched cities and states which was 50% of the reason I wanted the app.In 5 days I had 3 complaints about entering their address (who knows how many just gave up and cancelled the order) and about 5 city/state address errors due to the city/state no pre-filling on mobile devices. I emailed them about these 2 issues and it's importance - they were unable to resolve these issues so they removed the app from my website. (Which was fine as for the amount I was to pay per address verification - it was not working and I had more issues - now unable to enter an address not in the system - than before installing it).

Must have App - Saves time when entering phone orders. Reduces address errors from customers and makes the front end checkout speedier. We have a 4x ROI on the spend on this app. Their service is fantastic and easy to get a hold of if there is an issue. You are a wasting your money if you don't utilize this product.

Don't launch without Addrexx app! -

We have been fighting address errors for months and if we only knew about Addrexx sooner!  Their team is very responsive and knowledgeable.   They have solved our address issues and even some other issues that other companies couldn't (issues with shipping options).  Highly recommended!

Great app.  Great Support!  Anything that makes checkout easier is a good thing.  This will save customers time and reduce potential errors that can cause shipping problems.  The install was easy and I got awesome quick support to make adjustments for my set-up.
