It's a joke. I love the app, but I can't get through to any tech support, all I ever get is your account needs to be verified, until I finally got a your account is locked out message.nnThe app automatically opens up at the very top of the screen, and if you have a header, you can't access the close button. I'm extremely disappointed, as this was exactly what I wanted for my site.
