Trying to connect to Amazon is a waste of money and time (you HAVE TO HAVE a CREDIT CARD to be able to, the Amazon support is none existent from amazons side, it's hopeless top register if you are not born in the US and I have just wasted 5 months on it - spare yourself the stress and worry and don't even try. It's not worth it), the Koongo responses are very slow and not very helpful. Don't waste money and time on trying to connect your store with this app either would be my recomendation.

I have been working with Koongo for nearly a year now and my experience is that they are always very helpful. The guys that I have had contact with - Pavel (being the latest to help me), Carlos (always there when you need him) and Raul have all been great. They have had to have a lot of patience in helping me as I am not very computer literate. I had to move to them from Codisto last year when they decided that they were no longer going to work with IONOS. It was suggested I contact Koongo and since then I have found Koongo to be always there to help me clear up any problems that I encounter.nThanks to Pavel, Carlos and Raul my Store is running smoothly and I know that they are always there if I need them.

The responses to my questions were very slow. nThey charged me the day I should have had my 30-day free trial.nThey are not professional.nI don't recommend this app.
