Really unhappy with this app. I set the app up correctly with the minimum and maximum number of gifts as 1 per gift category. The app was allocating 2 which meant that my customers could not progress their order past the cart page and I lost dozens of orders. It was only when 2 customers contacted me at the same time to say they couldnt finalize their orders that I found the problem. I disabled the app and the developer was advised of this issue and I still havent heard anything for over a week now. Ive uninstalled it now as its not worth the hassle and lost orders

I've been looking for just such an app for a long time and luckily I've found it. It fulfils exactly the requirements I have for customer loyalty. Since this release, it is now also possible to automatically add the free product to the shopping cart. AOV is a great app at a fair price. Lars Windfelder
