Horrible - I have several issues with this app. One, their "analytics" do not work and they've been "reviewing the issue" for months now. There has been no change, no support, no updates. Two, it is impossible to get customer support. The only way is through chat, which consistently says "Unfortunately, a system error occurred. I'll connect you to an agent who can help." but then nothing ever happens and I am stuck unable to send a chat message. They charge for "failed" messages that were not supposed to be sent in the first place. I am going to be exporting my contacts to another text service because this has been an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Trust me, save yourself the headache.

BEWARE horrible service, over charged, poor support, etc - Worst company EVER! This is the first time we have ever left a bad review. This company is owned by Yotpo and we would highly recommend NEVER using any service that is part of Yotpo and definitely NOT SMSbump. Terrible customer service, over charged us by hundreds of dollars, in which we were later refunded after several attempts at brining it to their attention. Customer support is horrible. Accounting loses your money and does not apply it to your account . The list is endless...Very expensive service and not worth it at all. There are too many other companies that offer this service and care about your business, making the customer the priority. Big Fat F- from us!

Decent product, bad support - The product itself is pretty good. But good luck trying to get support. They won't talk to you - only chat. And they will send a message about every 20 min. Hope you never need support!

Awesome app. Great support. Must have tool. - We've been running SMSBump for a while now and have always liked it's convenience to keep customers updated. Adding SMSBump into our communication mix has allowed us to update customers quickly with order info they want on a device they're already checking every 2 mins. Our support calls have reduced, our communication has improved and the abandoned cart messages have improved recovery conversions that pay for the app several times over each month. Support has been awesome to work with. Quick to reply, they communicate well and follow up until the issue is done. Last rep, Kris, even tracked me down to get a problem resolved. Could have just marked it resolved after the time I took responding.TL;DR - Awesome app. Great support. Easy setup and the automated transaction based texts work.

can not login - Stuck at verification step. i never received SMS to my number. Tried twice. Country : France

We had a few roadblocks when setting up but it was because I did not check their set up guides. Also the support is awesome!

Well, Don't be fooled like I was. The actual app is free but in order to receive / send text messages you have to BUY credits.

That's ridiculous!
